We have a spacious condo with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each), 2 bathrooms (one with a large garden tub) located in the Litchfield by the Sea resort at the Seaside Inn (3rd floor with elevator access) that's been professionally decorated with luxury furnishings, 9ft ceilings, and private screened balcony. It has a full kitchen complete with all appliances, granite counter tops, and large dining table. Both bathrooms are spacious and have granite counters & tile flooring. Covered reserve parking, private storage room on ground floor to keep bikes & beach items, and WiFi are all free for guests. Linens and towels are also included.
Enjoy the private white sand beaches which can be access by either a short walk through the resort on the bike/cart path (roughly ten minutes), free shuttle during summer season, or by car at the 'beach house' cabana that has changing rooms, restrooms, and large sunning deck. The condo is located near the water park which has a plenty of seating, large pool, hot tubs, lazy river, wading pools, water cannons, splash buckets, and squirting submarine. There are also many other activities to do at the resort such as tennis (lighted courts), fishing/crabbing, extensive walking/biking the recently renovated resort grounds (and path that connects from Pawleys island to Murrells inlet). There is also free WiFi within the condo and at Starbucks (Starbucks is on site), Webster's low country restaurant & tavern, and health club/spa available for additional fees. Just outside the resort enjoy Brookgreen Gardens, golfing at world class courses (69 public courses in Georgetown & Horry counties), fantastic restaurants, and inshore/offshore fishing.

Litchfield by the Sea resort has so much to offer such as well maintained grounds, tennis courts, wonderful beach, great location, and bike paths throughout the resort. There is a large water park located near the home that always has seating and amenities to keep the kids happy, an uncrowded beach to watch the sunset, and simply because its a beautiful area.
We enjoyed our stay at Seaside and would definitely consider staying here again. Condo was convenient and an extremely easy process for renting and checking in. Condo was just as described and had everything we needed for our family. With the condo on the 3rd Floor, the luggage carts provided by Seaside were very nice!
Very nice and well kept. This place is well suited to a one or two week stay. We were there for two months and it worked well, but the kitchen is small, so preparing large meals is not easy. This unit is on the third floor. There are several sets of stairs and one elevator so, unless you are willing to use the stairs, getting between floors could be slow during busy periods.

The condo is just as described. It is a plus that it is an end unit. The screened in porch is very private. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Rhett was extremely prompt and very helpful. The children and us adults enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Webster's Lowcountry Grill and Tavern inside the resort was the best food and service that we received all weekend. The condo was plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely return!
Beautiful condo - amenities and property exactly how described! Very comfortable beds, great appliances, the owners seem to have though of everything. Great for couples or families with kids of all ages. Beautiful community and grounds, perfect for those who want to be outside of the Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle but close enough to drive in to enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Beaches and pools were not overcrowded at all as many places are in the summer. We will definitely return! Loved everything about our visit, no complaints! It was exactly what we were looking for.
This is the perfect place for everyone, especially families. As an end unit on the third floor, there is more space and light, and w/no one above you, no annoying thumping overhead. The condo itself is beautiful, lovely decor and outfitted w/everything you need. The washer and dryer are actually full size, a rare plus. The location is great; just a short walk to the waterpark so you don't get all the noise right outside your door. And the walk to the beach really is only ten minutes, even w/a4 year old and chairs! We sat on the large screened-in patio and watched the fireworks through the trees. Parking is plentiful w/your own personal spot under the complex right by the elevator for easy access and large parking lot for all. Also this condo is the best because of the awesome waterpark, enjoyed by all. I can't count how many trips we all took floating in the lazy river. It was heated and such fun for the kids and adults too. The beach was nice, but for our crowd and the much cheaper rate than the oceanfront highrise, Rhett's condo was the best. Our relatives stayed at Bridgewater for $1,000 more that week and visited us and liked it and questioned their choice! We hope to be able to return next year. Rhett was a pleasure to work with, responsive to our needs and quickly fulfilling our requests. We thank him for his attentiveness and help. I would wholeheartedly encourage you to stay here and enjoy all the amenities that are readily available.
Beautiful uncrowded white sand beaches and huge pool plaza with plenty of seating, hot tubs, and water cannons. Brookgreen gardens is within 2 miles and is rated a must see attraction in America. Enjoy this beautiful area that is encompassed by the InterCoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean and boasts more than 69 public golf courses within Georgetown & Horry counties. Historic Georgetown, Myrtle Beach attractions, and outlet shopping is a short drive away.

1) Absolutely no house parties! We rent to family groups only. If a non-family group
misrepresents itself, they will be asked to vacate without refund. You must be 25 years of age to rent the property.
2 ) Pets of any kind are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the condo, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund.
3) Furnishings and Equipment: Seaside Inn provides fully equipped kitchen, beds made on arrival, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and cable TV. Please bring basic day to day necessities such as paper products, dish/laundry detergent, soap, trash can liners, etc. Furnishings are not to be moved or rearranged.
5. Housekeeping: The condo should be clean upon arrival. Please notify the Owner if you find the home is not clean. Daily cleaning is not provided. Departure clean service is arranged by the Owner on your departure.
6. Campers, motorbikes, boats and RVS are not allowed at Seaside Inn.
7. Appliances and Air Conditioners are not guaranteed. There will be no refund on their failure. We try to keep these items in good working condition and any failure will be repaired as quickly as possible.
8. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out 10:00 AM, no exceptions. This is very important This is very important as we have other guest coming in and the cleaning crew needs to get in and do their job on time. Thank you for understanding.
