We had a wonderful Easter weekend. The perfect location for our family! Close to town and the park! Thank you for sharing your home.
Spacious, updated home. Perfect location. Huge nice hot tub. Electric fireplace that immediately warms the place. New appliances. Quiet spot that's just 2 blocks from downtown. Walked to the sledding hill and the gondolas. Six minute walk to grocery store and ice sculptures. Loved this cozy place.
We were impressed with the location of this house and how it overlooked the Arts District. The house was clean and well-stocked on checkin. The Nordic Center was a short drive away. Between the hot tub, board games and downtown activities we had plenty to keep us busy during our stay.
We always stay here when we come to Breckenridge!
You cannot find a better location -- only a block and a half from the center of Main Street. You're so close to the action that you're inside the action. We've sat on the front porch and watched the start of mountain bike races right in front of us, and we've sat in the living room at night and watched festivals at the Arts District which is only about 100 steps away. There's also a great restaurant across the street and the ski bus stop is only 1 house away.
The feel of the house is very cozy (it's on the historic register), and it's been recently renovated so it still feels very modern and well taken care of. The hot tub and sleds in the winter and the fire pit in the summer are a big bonus!
We love this place. It feels like you're in your own home. We highly recommend it to anyone coming to Breckenridge.
The house fit the 6 in our group perfectly. We enjoyed the hottub every evening and the warm fire in the mornings.
It's 2 blocks from the main street so it's perfect to walk to restaurants/bars and it's about a 10 min walk to the park with the big sledding hill. So fun!!! The house is very organized and the detailed binder will answer all your questions. I would highly recommend!!
Two couples rented this cottage for a week of skiing. The cottage is comfortable, well equipped and so convenient. We walked to our favorite restaurants and shops and jumped on the bus at a stop 20 yards from the house to the ski resort. We would recommend for couples and families. There are plenty of games, books and TVs for everyone in the family.
I have stayed at this home multiple times while visiting from San Diego (both as a family trip and a trip with a group a friends) and I still cannot believe how easy it is to walk to all of Downtown Breckenridge. Literally blocks away from the Center of town, the arts district, the gondola and the river walk. And if you don't want to walk in your ski boots, it is even on the free bus line which will take you everywhere around Breck. The house is very large, comfortable and well stocked. It is obvious that owner cares about property and the guests. By far, my favorite spot in the home is sitting in the living room nook which overlooks the arts district with all of Peak 8 in the background. Doesn't get much better than that! Needless to say, I will be back.
