This is a beautifully remodeled 1500 square foot townhome in a 24 hour gated community. This is a single story home with no steps. There are no upstairs neighbors - this is nearly free standing.

There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The home is fully furnished and has wireless internet. The kitchen has gorgeous new appliances and a wet bar. This home is reported to be like 'walking into a resort.' There is a deep soaking tub in one bathroom and a spectacular two person shower in the other. There is a private hot tub on the back porch.

There are multiple high definition TVs in this unit as well as a full size washer and dryer. There is a pool in the neighborhood and on street parking just steps from the front door.

This home has a lock-out studio that the owner may occupy during your stay. It is completely private from the unit so you should never see or hear the owner.

This home is in the very upscale area of Paradise Valley and Biltmore. This home is central to Phoenix. It is minutes from downtown, the airport, and Old Town Scottsdale. It is just blocks from the trailhead for hiking Squaw Peak. There is a grocery store within 2 miles as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping.

I prefer 28 day rentals to monthly rentals and will give monthly pricing if you want to rent for 28 days. Homeaway's system does not allow me to enter a monthly rate for 28 days.

Our 2nd stay at this condo. Great location and views. Condo is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The owner has lots of helpful notes around to guide the renter on where to find and how to use things. She is also very accessible and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Fabulous Retreat

We couldn't have been happier vacationing in this beautiful condo. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and so pleasant to work with. Thank you Dion! The home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed plus more. The location of the property is perfect and you never felt far away from anything. There are many golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants and grocery stores within minutes of the home.

The view of the mountains and the city is stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the Jacuzzi under the stars and stare out to the bright city lights while enjoying a glass of wine!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we can't wait to return!

Great place to stay, it had one of greatest views from the back patio of Camelback Mtn.

The unit was very well appointed and decorated. If you enjoy cooking on your vacation, it was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever rented. The hot tub was an added bonus, after taking numerous hikes at Squaw Peak, nearby Quartz Ridge and Camelback Mtn. We were able to take advantage of a little used tennis court on site for both tennis and pickleball next to the solar heated pool. If you like to relax, you could stay here without leaving and be very happy. However the gate keepers got to know us well, as we often left to enjoy all that the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area have to offer. It was a quick trip to whatever we needed, with great stores within easy reach. Our only regret is that the month went by way too fast. We had a slight power outage in part of the unit on a Sunday, but a quick call to Dion and she had us back to normal in no time and was very responsive to any needs we might have. We shared it with another couple and that made it very enjoyable good time.

The Perfect Spot for golfing in Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

Our accommodations were wonderful! The view from the porch/patio area was private and breath taking. Sitting in the hot tub at night and watching the stars was so relaxing. Camelback Mountain was calling us to hike! Our hosts had everything ready for us and we enjoyed ourselves. With 2 master suite units separated from each other, we had great privacy and a large area to enjoy our times together inside as well.

Highly recommend this place and will choose on our next return to the area!

paradise in Phoenix

What a truly wonderful introduction to Phoenix! This immaculate condo has all the amenities one could want (including things we don't have at home in the kitchen), plus a fabulous outdoor space, covered and uncovered, and a view of Camelback. The condo is beautifully furnished with natural colors focusing on green, which brings the outdoors in, and very comfortable beds. We generally ate at the large table on the patio to take advantage of the incredible weather and amazing view. There are two pools, one heated, on the property. I could easily have spent my entire stay in Phoenix without ever leaving the property. I hope to stay here again.

Well maintained /great location

The property suited our needs quite nicely. Well furnished , and owner very helpful. Location was excellent.

Only negative was master bedroom mattress was too soft and we thought would be king size. (Personal preference). Didn't feel comfortable using grill on porch as we have always used gas grill and not charcoal, and didn't want to cause problems.

Looking for 3 months next year January through March. Interested in what pricing would be for longer stay,

Property was clean and well maintained and we used our own cleaning lady every 2 weeks.

Owner's Response: I am so sorry that you were disappointed in anything at our home. I aim to make every stay perfect - so that fact that I failed you really bothers me. I advertise that the master has a queen bed - but from now on I will point this fact out when anybody inquires about my property so that nobody else has false expectations. And the mattress is very firm, which is why it is very obviously topped with a 4 inch memory foam topper. I would gladly have removed the topper if you had mentioned this issue at any time during your two month stay. I will add directions for future visitors so that they are aware that all they have to do is lift it off the mattress for firmer accommodations. We prefer a charcoal grill. I have now added that fact to the description of the grill so that nobody else will be disappointed. We do provide a charcoal starter and I would have been happy to show you how to use that as well. I will add directions for using the charcoal starter to the directions already provided for most everything else. And - again - I'm sorry you were disappointed in anything about your stay.
