We can’t wait to come back! Everything was great. In our summary from when we booked, it says there is no dishwasher, but they put one in and it was very convenient! Loved it walk off our patio directly into the soft white sand. John was so helpful the whole time we were there when we had any questions. Can’t beat the sunsets right on the patio.

Owner's Response: Glad the dishwasher was a surprise. Kitchen remodel was finished in November and I waited to put it in the ad until I saw it finished. Hope to see you all again.

Beach Paradise

We just returned from our 3 week stay in this property--it was perfect. Lounge chairs on the beach, recreational equipment, outdoor dining area all make this retreat so special. It is centrally located to the historic district with restaurants and free island trolley access within a short walk. The owner makes sure that all of your vacation needs are met including cold welcoming drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine to celebrate your arrival. This was our 3rd visit and we're looking forward to returning next year!

Little Chute, Wisconsin

Horrible weather...BUT...

We happen to hit the coldest week in Florida in years with the temps only getting out of the 50's one day. That said, this home is in a fantastic location! When we first looked out the back patio doors our jaws dropped...amazing! Back patio doors lead to a covered porch with great seating and beautiful views. Steps away from the gulf, great beach for long walks, or just hanging out. Sunsets were gorgeous...most amazing we've ever seen! Lots to do within walking distance of the home (shops, restaurants, Bridge Street Pier, art fair at Cortez Beach, etc.). A big plus was having John right next door in case we had questions or needed anything. We hope to return one day with better weather so we can really enjoy all this fantastic home has to offer. THANKS JOHN!

There isn't a better location for enjoying the area. We loved the privacy of the outside area, and spent all of our days sitting in the sand, enjoying the ocean. We could walk everywhere we needed and had a wonderful holiday. Thanks John for all the special touches!

Paradise on the Beach

We absolutely loved this beach house! The location was perfect! The house is bigger then what it looks on the pictures - My family of 5 adults had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you need and there was plenty of chairs, toys, a kayak, corn hole and more! The evenings sitting on the back porch watching the sunset was spectacular! John is right next door, so if you need anything, he is available to help. His beautiful dog Tory is available for afternoon pets (if you choose) and we evening bought her some dog biscuits because she was so darn cute! We would definitely stay here again!

Location can't be beat!

We have stayed in this beach home several times over the years! The location is the best and everything within walking distance or accessible by the free island trolley! The accommodations are very comfortable for a family of six adults and everything from beach towels to a newly renovated well stocked kitchen is available! The Sunsets are phenomenal, we pretty much live on back porch when we're not sleeping or exploring the area.
