Ideally located to the highways Loop 202 and Loop 101 for easy access to all areas in the Valley. 65 miles from the White Mountains of Payson. Our townhome has just been professionally renovated - fully freshly painted, new carpet, new patio. Our master bedroom boasts a King bed, large walk in closet, ensuite bath, and patio door to enjoy the Spring breezes. 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms both offer Queen beds. 2nd floor Tech Center for those who either need to work or enjoy a quiet space for web surfing. The sofa in the living area could accommodate sleeping for one, if necessary. Electric Fireplace in the living area to enjoy during the holidays. Dining for 6. Fully Stocked Kitchen, granite counters, stainless & black appliances. Cox Cable and High Speed Internet with wireless router. 2nd Floor Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Community Pool. Patio with dining table and chairs to accommodate all our guests. Patio Bistro Electic Grill. 2 car garage w remote. About Rob & Barbara Byrnes

Rob and Barbara reside in Gilbert, AZ and after purchasing and refurbishing 'Winter/Spring - AZ Style', decided to offer it to others as a retreat from the cold months of winter. Prior to moving to AZ, we vacationed in AZ at least once per year, so have stayed in a variety of places. We wanted to offer a comfortable, reasonable accommodation for those 'escaping' the winter in colder climates.

Our townhome is very comfortable, decorated in a style we like, and hope our guests do as well !! We tried to think of the conveniences we liked when we vacationed and tried to provide that for our guests.

From the meticulously clean facility to the detailed stocking of esentials, everything exceeded expectations.

The location was very central to all of the attractions we wanted to experience in the Phoenix area.

Our hosts made every effort to meet our needs and faciltate ou requests. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful, Clean, feels like home!!

I would like to thank Barb and Robert for welcoming us into their well appointed Condo, for the second time. We arrived a few days early and we were accommodated graciously. The double garage was great to securely park our Ram truck, two motorcycles and trailer. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay....THIS IS IT!!

A great place to be in the Land of the Sun

The condo was exactly what the rental description predicted. Comfortable-well maintained-plenty of room-fully stocked for our week in Mesa.We were there to golf and see some spring training baseball. All were easy access from our condo. Street noise was louder than we expected as we were close to a six lane street, but we had a great visit. Would recommend this condo to a friend or relative.

I think the nearby construction on McKellips and the Loop 202 contributed to the increased traffic on the 4 lane street, which of course contributed to the noise level. While our patio faces the street with a wall and green space between, the privacy, shade and comfort have been appreciated by many of our guests! Take Care!

Loved it!

It was very nice, clean, the layout was perfect and looked just as the pictures showed. It was close to all amenities. They have everything you need so it was great not to have to buy things to use in the kitchen or patio. You always felt safe and never heard the neighbors. We totally enjoyed our stay and will stay again, highly recommend it.
