The condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). Additional small appliances are also offered and include a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Ninja blender, and coffeemaker. There is also a full-sized dining table (seating up to 8 people), island seating, and an outdoor dining table on the deck.


The condo sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms. One offers a bunk bed- a twin over a full, and a pull-out twin trundle bed as well. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and the living room offers a pull-out sofa with a queen-sized bed. All sheets and an abundance of pillows are provided.

An Aero bed mattress is also available for an additional fee to sleep an additional two people.


The unit has two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, perfect for bathing young children or taking a relaxing bubble bath. All towels are provided, as well as a back-up hairdryer in case you forget yours!


The unit has two allotted parking spaces which are located directly outside of the unit. This is a drive-up unit and is not located in a large condominium complex.


Free Wi-Fi, 60' LED TV, cable TV, card games, board games, Xbox 360 with games, bedroom balconies, bedroom ceiling fans, iron, in-unit washer/dryer, alarm clocks, back deck with outdoor grill (charcoal not included).

*During the off-season, there is limited cable and Wi-Fi is not available.

Hi, my name is Jason and this is my lovely wife, Trisha. We both grew up in Northern Virginia and got married in 2011. Both of my parents passed away soon after we were married and we made the decision to move to Ocean City and start fresh- away from the year-round traffic, crowds, and congestion, and towards the ocean air, new friends, and new adventures!

Why Jason & Patrisha Long chose Maryland

Every summer, my family would take a vacation to Ocean City. We stayed at various hotels over the years and eventually decided that we should save to get a condo of our very own. We wanted a place that could be an escape from the non-stop excitement of a day in OC. We wanted a place to relax, eat crabs, drink beer, and watch the sunset. We found all of that and so much more in Sea Grass #5. My wife and I inherited this condo and now that we're OC locals, we wanted to share this little jewel with the world.

What makes this condo unique

The view over the sea grass is one of the best in Ocean City. Many bayside condos are canal front with a view of the neighbor's boat, but our's offers unobstructed views of a half mile of sea grass, the Assawoman Bay, roaming egrets, mating ducks, and hovering seagulls. Spend your days sunbathing and enjoying OC's beautiful beaches and boardwalk, and then kick back, relax, and lose yourself in the tranquility and serenity of our OC condo!

94th St. is a great location in town for many reasons. It offers- direct access to the beach with FREE public parking across the street (which is very hard to find in OC!); great restaurants- including Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, and Liquid Assets; a liquor store; a grocery store and coffee shop (both of which are also very hard to find in OC); a playground; public basketball and tennis courts; the Ocean City Center for the Arts; and a quiet neighborhood, great for taking walks.

Gorgeous Place, Extremely clean and located in a great area!

Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at Sea Grass 5, it was located in a great area not too close to the main strip but not too far at all. The condo was awesome and comfortably slept 8 people, it was awesome waking up in the morning and being able to just sit on the deck and look at the beautiful view right off the bay. When we arrived the house was completely clean and had everything you would need to stay. Jason went out of his way and answered any questions I had promptly during the whole booking process. If you are considering renting this place, go ahead and do it you won't be dissapointed!

An Inviting Slice of Ocean City

From the moment we walked in the door we felt the excitement of being on vacation at the beach while being able to unwind in a home setting. The mural on the wall was especially delightful, bringing us to the boardwalk before we left the house.

Jason & Patrisha went all out to ensure a pleasant stay, taking care of details we didn't even think about.

Being available for any questions we had, Jason gave us the "local" advantage.

A sweet floor plan with outdoor space for each bedroom and the living area let us enjoy the outdoors from home. Coffee every morning on the deck was a special treat to start the day.

A boat slip was nice feature and a boat ramp was just blocks away. We were able to launch our kayaks right next to the boat ramp without paying the fee.

Being on vacation with all the amenities of home was a wonderful and relaxing retreat.

Wonderful experience!

First time using VRBO and am pleased to say it was a wonderful experience! Jason and Trisha were prompt in getting back to us even when it came to restaurant suggestions! Property is in a great location, clean, well maintained and what a peaceful view of the bay. Convenient that the grocery store is so close. No need to carry things from home when you can grocery shop when you arrive. We were happy the property is a tad removed from the boardwalk area. Quick drive though!! Wonderful to have met Jason at the information booth!!

A Prime Property in Ocean City!

We have rented many beach condos on VRBO over the years. This one was one of the best, both for the location and for the quality of the condo -- everything we needed was there, and the condition of the rooms and the kitchen was even better than it appeared in the photos (usually we find it the opposite). The view from the back of the unit is stunning, and the back deck is a very pleasant place to sit and relax. The location of the unit was excellent, many things were accessible in a 10-minute walk including the beach, a large supermarket, a beach supplies store, and restaurants. While we had a car and used it, there would be no requirement to have a car. In spite of the close proximity to the action, the unit was quiet and peaceful - it was amazing how quiet it was given how it was only a few blocks to the main street. Jason had the unit set up well and we found it easy to figure things out - thanks for the special touches such as labeling the light switches with what they work for. We had five people and there was plenty of room. It would be a bit tight with more than six.

Overall we give the Seagrass condo our highest recommendation!

Great property with an amazing view

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Seagrass 5 and would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others. The unit is super clean, modern and tastefully decorated with an amazing view of the bay and the Seagrass. The owners are amazing and cover even the smallest of details... Definitely a great place to stay for your OC vacation....we are looking forward to staying here again.
