Snowflower considers this a 'Premium' condo with mountain elegant furnishings. At almost 1300 square feet, this is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with knotty alder throughout, sleeps 6-7 and it is truly 'on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort'. From your doorstep, strap on your skis or snowboard and head just a few feet away to Three Kings or Eagle Lift which will carry you away to enjoy what Utahns call the 'best snow on earth'. Located in the Snow Flower condominiums, our unit is in building 2 on the 2nd floor which is very private and quiet as it is tucked among the pine and aspen trees.
As you enter the condo, you'll be able to take-off your boots, coats, gloves, goggles, gear and store them in any one of the eight individual storage spaces. No need to hassle with mixing up your gear with someone else or trying to sort out your belongings before you head to the slopes.
The granite countertops and knotty alder luxury kitchen is large and fully furnished with double wide stainless refrigerator, Maytag double oven, Maytag convection oven/microwave, Maytag dishwasher, coffee maker, etc... The kitchen has a convenient countertop and bar stools for that quick bite of lunch or to keep the cook company.
The large living room includes a private area for reading, recliner, recliner couch and large rocking chair to relax, 55' flat screen HDTV, DVR, Blue Ray and X-Box and a cozy gas fireplace with views of the mountains from the large balcony.
Larger than most 2 bedroom units in Snowflower, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large 40' HDTV, Blue Ray player, his & hers armoires/dressers, a gas fireplace and views of the mountains and the pool. The second bedroom has one full-size extended length twin bed, one full-size extended length twin bed over a queen bed bunkbed, dressers, closet, 32' flat screen HDTV, views of the mountains
views of the heated pool and the heated hot tub. Both bathrooms include dedicated heaters, cozy bath towels and hairdryers. The sofa in the sitting room next to the dining room converts into a full size bed. The condo can sleep six to seven comfortably.
Enjoy underground parking with elevator access, private heated locker rooms to store ski/board equipment, an outdoor heated pool and a heated hot tub are just steps from the front door. Also included are a fitness center, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. You can even have the refrigerator stocked with items from your grocery list (additional charge applies) upon your arrival.
Snowmobiling, Rock Climbing, Health/Beauty Spa
Unique Benefits to this Condo: The views of the mountains, the aspen trees, the pine trees and the peacefulness are just wonderful. We love that the condo has underground private parking with an elevator to our condo, that there is a separate 'dump' room for all our luggage and ski-gear, we love that there are several HDTV's so everyone can watch what they want, that the kitchen has everything we need, that there is a hassle-free gas fireplace in the living room and another fireplace in the master bedroom and that the large bathroom has its own jet tub. We love that the condo is larger than most 2 bedroom condos at Snowflower so you don't feel cramped. We love the convenience of being able to walk out the condo and be on the slopes within a few steps of the lifts that take us everywhere we want on the ski Mountain. Nothing beats taking off the skiis, storing the gear in a heated locker and taking the elevator to the condo where a cozy fireplace and a quiet condo await.
What a wonderful condo and experience! The unit was beautiful, clean, updated, well equipped and has everything you need for a great vacation. You can't get any closer to the slopes! The owner made the process as easy as possible, was extremely responsive, organized and professional. They even offered suggestions for rental equipment and Snowmobiling at Red Pine Adventures at discounted prices. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking a great experience in Park City!
We enjoyed the condo and location so much! The unit is beautifully updated and steps from the slopes. There is even a single ticket booth at the parking lot right near the condo so you don"t even have to go to the base lodge. The owner was very helpful, super responsive and so nice to deal with! We can't wait to come back next year and would highly recommend this condo!
We had a fantastic time over Christmas week skiing in Park City and staying in this lovely condo. The unit was clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped. Our 2 boys each had their own space in the bunk bed room, and the king-sized bed in the master was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we used Grocery Girls to stock it for breakfast so we didn't have to go out before hitting the slopes. Electric heaters in every room and 2 gas fireplaces made it nice and toasty after a cold day of skiing, and were a great place to dry out wet ski clothes. There is an Xbox and a huge selection of DVD's, which made our boys very happy in the evenings. The only thing we wished it had were some board games and cozy blankets in the living room, although those are surely nice-to-haves in a rental unit.
As far as ski-in/ski-out, we thought it was perfect. Building 2, where the unit is, opens directly onto the path to the slopes. You can take a short walk to one of 3 lifts, go up and then ski down to the base area, or take a longer walk to the base area. Lockers for ski storage were very convenient. In the evening after we changed we could walk back to the base area for drinks or dinner. The outdoor jacuzzi looked nice, but it is in building one and it was far too cold to think about walking back in a wet bathing suit! My one complaint about the resort, which has nothing to do with the condo, is that we couldn't find a list of all the restaurants and services in the base area. The resort website only lists those that they own, but there are many others, and it took us 3 days to find the small corner store where we could have picked up groceries.
If you are going at a busy time, I would also think about having a car. It's true that there's a bus service that runs throughout the area, but the schedule is very confusing, and at Christmastime it was so busy that the buses didn't seem to be on any schedule at all. We waited 40 minutes in 10 degree weather to go to Main St., and on the night that we tried to go to the Canyons for dinner the bus took such a circuitous route that we gave up. The shuttle to the Olympic stadium only runs once an hour. We were also told that we would be best walking to the grocery store - not terribly far but it was very cold and we weren't sure how we would get the groceries home. An alternative to renting a car is to pick up the number of a taxi service and call when you need transportation. That's what we ended up doing.
If you’re looking for one of the best ski in and ski out rentals in Park City this is one of them. The write up that describes the amenities of this Condo are all true and had all the convenience of home. Brittney was more then available to answer any questions and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great experience of skiing and staying in a clean and updated condo to consider this rental.
Loved Park City and the snowflower condo, couldn't be more convenience. You are liberally on the snow, just walk from condo to locker room grab your skis and steps out the door is the lift. Was on vacation with my 3 young adult daughter's and they absolutely loved it too, we cant wait to come back.
The condo is clean and modern and just as the owner has described. The owner is a pleasure the deal with and responses to any need very quickly. I look forward to coming back next year !
Our family loved this condo for our ski vacation! We had never stayed in a ski in/out condo before and are so glad we chose this one. The condo was clean, nicely updated, extremely comfortable for our group of 5 and stocked with everything we needed - loved the fireplaces! We really liked being close to the slopes so we could head back to the condo for lunch, relaxing and warming up before hitting the slopes again. The locker room right off the slopes made it so easy to head in and out with all our gear. Brittney was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We would love to come back in the future.
