A boutique hotel experience in an unrivaled setting at the end of a one mile single lane road. Enjoy the sunrise from the ocean, sunset over the adjoining 13 acre Sheriff's Meadow Foundation conservation preserve. This home has a wonderful view toward Squibnocket Beach, a mile away, and the Squibnocket Peninsula, with No Man's Land, 10 miles further, easily visible most days. There is an old Vineyard look and feel (an elegant and comfortable beach house). The gardens are professionally landscaped and glorious. There are two other houses relatively close by, one the Pond House in which the owners may very well be still in residence, the other the house of caretaker. A tall, deep grove of trees has been planted between this house and the neighboring Pond House, but from time to time one might see someone passing by. This property is widely viewed as enviable, with the broad expanse of wet lands, the ocean in front, the pond to the side, all unobstructed.
See #329 for addl. accommodations in the Pond House - rented separately.
