About Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp

A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old.

While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.

Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp purchased this house in 1998

Why Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp chose Santa Fe

What makes this house unique

Cozy Santa Fe Casita

  • 5 of 5

Very well-equipped home away from home, Very clean and beautifully furnished , We spent a wonderful Santa Fe Thanksgiving here with our family. The property managers gave us detailed directions and were helpful in every way. They also gave us good restaurant recommendations. The only minor disappointment was that I thought it was closer to the downtown plaza.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear your family is enjoying the Wisteria and are happy to have been of assistance with directions and recommendations. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed in the location. Google Maps lists the location as .8 miles to the Plaza or a 15 walk, so this is what we include in our descriptions; however, depending on pace that can vary. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to be your host again.

Perfect vacation getaway close to the plaza!

  • 4 of 5

Came for our 10 year anniversary and left the kids at home. Beautiful entry garden. Nicely decorated interior. Comfortable beds, spacious living area and had everything we needed. Garage space is nice for gear if you have it (we parked in space outside). We did not bring our kids, but if we did, outside play space is limited. Amazing adult getaway! Walked and biked to plaza for every evening.

Great townhouse in a convenient location

  • 5 of 5

This is a very comfortable townhouse close to the plaza--the heart of Santa Fe. The property is extremely well maintained with all new, high end appliances. The evaporative cooling was a necessity in July. It is located in a quiet enclave but is just minutes from the plaza, and there is easy highway access to Taos, Abiqui, and Bandalier. We loved it.
