About Wendy Kapp
A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old. While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.
Why Wendy Kapp chose Northeast
Location, location, location is why I chose these homes for our visitors. We want our guests to have the convenience of walking everywhere.
What makes this Condo unique

We found the property fairly attractive and for the most part comfortable.
More attention could have been paid to general maintenance: overhead light bulbs out in the kitchen, toilet tank running in master bath, poorly repaired lamp in downstairs bedroom that broke when we turned the switch on! A strong warning should be given that the kitchen is accessible by a step down that is easy to miss (especially with no overhead lights!).
Beautiful place, quiet street, warm and cozy.
Two Casitas is wonderful, easy to get to, nice quiet street but easy walk to the plaza. The place was clean, well maintained and had almost all the necessary amenities. Comfortable for the four of us. Nice upstairs bedroom with upstairs patio just adjacent. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
Well-appointed & Welcoming!
We were instantly impressed with our casita upon arrival. This unit has everything you need, plus it is located within easy walking distance of the Santa Fe square and other restaurants & bars away from the square. Plus, if you prefer to just hang out at your casita, it has a comfortable vibe with a large living room and a couple of outdoor options. Highly recommend!
Thank you for the wonderful review! We love when our homes make an instant impression on our guests that inspires them to explore Santa Fe to its fullest. We are glad that you felt at home in your casita, and comfortable to spend time there. We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.
Casa not casita! So nice!
Very clean, has an extra roll away twin that was nice to use for a toddler. Temp was very comfortable. Location quiet, and near so much. Living area plenty big. Had soap, shampoo, lotion. Great communication.
Thank you for the great review! We're glad that you enjoyed the amenities we have to offer! We try to make all of our homes ready to live in so that our guests don't have to stress about the basics. We also carefully chose our homes and locations to provide our guests with an ideal and stress-free Santa Fe experience. We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.
Comfort and a home away from home!
What a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe!! This is a remarkable large condo with two floors, a spacious deck on the second floor off the master BR, and an outdoor patio on main level. The condo was a joy with all the possible kitchen tools, extra towels and pillows. The owners have created a home-like atmosphere with Southwestern art, condo design, rugs, etc. The attention to detail and anticipating the needs of the tenant were very evident. The ease of entry and exit was outstanding....no need to meet a manager or someone to let you in. Access to a manager was via email and had a very quick response. All that was depicted on the website was accurate. The location was VERY quiet and a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town.
When we return to Santa FE, we will be staying here again!!
Specifics to mention: 1. The wifi was very slow (good only for email and not for pics mailing or streaming movies, etc.) 2. Matress in 2nd BR was soft and could be uncomfortable to some.
Thanks to the Two Casitas staff for a great stay!

Great location and service
Our recent trip to Santa Fe was great and we are so happy we decided to stay at the Felicidad rather than a hotel. The location was within walking distance to the Plaza and lots of great restaurants. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, and Two Casitas was very responsive to all our questions.
