Best choice on Maui's south side! This ocean view condo is spotless. It has wifi, cable, FREE LONG DISTANCE TO USA AND CANADA, a DVD player and local cable played on a 32in flat screen.
We took great pride in fixing this unit up perfect! Have a sip with your loved one while taking in the gorgeous Maui sun setting on the ocean, or take those cocktails over to the hot tub, and sit back and enjoy paradise.
When you wake up from a great night sleep in a very comfy bed head over to our court for a playful game of tennis. Just don't forget to jump in our full sized pool to cool off before a long night by our BBQ, eating, drinking, and soaking in all that is Maui!
Mahalo and enjoy,
Travis and Carolyn

The pup you see pictured is Kody. While he was not able to enjoy the condo (no pets allowed) he did enjoy Sugar Beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the condo and continues for 5 mi around the way to gorgeous Maalaea Harbor, a convenient place to catch snorkel and fishing boats, or a sunset cruise if you're feeling fancy!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed living on Maui for a few years and then went back to rainy Portland, Oregon to be with family. We are so envious of those who stay at our condo and get to enjoy the 365 days/year of sunny skies! We hope you soak them up!

I lived on the south side of Maui for over six years. Kihei Bay Surf is the only complex in town where you can stay with an ocean view, tennis court, hot tub, 7ft deep swimming pool, and access to a beach park all for under $100 a night. It's clean, well run, safe and full of aloha!
Isana's Korean and Sushi Restaurant! Half Mile north does 1/2 off sushi after 10pm some nights. The bar upstairs does Karaoke.
The Monsoon Indian Food Restaurant overlooks the water and has one of the best views on the island. Right across the street!
Also across the street is the Pacific Whale Foundation which provides eco cruises and gives visitors a look at one of the most fascinating ocean dwellers.
Surf the web while watching the surf roll in! Free wifi and ocean views.
Cable, DVD player with DVD selection on a 32inch flat screen.
Hi Travis! Just wanted to say thank you for our stay at your condo, it was
so wonderful! Your place was the perfect size and location for the two of
us, and it had everything we needed for the stay! We hope to be back soon :)

Great condo, great location, easy to book, budget friendly, clean and comfortable.....would recommend this rental to anyone travelling to the area
Very nice clean convenient property. Owner Travis is a very nice and understanding person.
We enjoyed our stay in the unit although we had an issue with the keys when we arrived. Travis was very quick to remedy the situation though and made sure to check to make sure everything was going alright during the stay. It's in a good central location for visiting the different parts of the island. My only wish is that the lanai was a bit better for lounging.
This condo could not be in a more convenient location. Right on on of the main roads in Kihei -- just minutes from the airport (yet oddly no airplane noise to speak of), down the street from lots of shopping and restaurants, across the street from a little beach. It's in a pretty touristy area, which means it has a lot of conveniences -- but it wasn't obnoxiously crowded or over-run. Still had a laid-back, kind of residential, vibe.
The unit itself was super. Very clean and comfortable. (Thanks, Irene!) Easy parking. And Travis has it stocked with everything you could need. We only stayed 4 days but could have easily spent a week there -- or more! Very "homey."
The complex was lovely as well. It was nice to have a place to do laundry. We didn't swim but the pool looked nice.
Travis was fantastic to work with -- though we never met him he was super responsive and very accommodating. Would have liked to buy him a beer. Next time. :-)
The *only* thing we could consider a slight drawback was the flip side of the convenience. Being right on the main drag there was inevitable street noise. (We live out in the country so we may be more susceptible to it.) After the first night, though, we got used it pretty quickly and tuned it out. We felt it was a fair trade-off for such a comfortable, convenient and affordable vacation condo.
And here are a few of our other personal Maui recommendations:
Try the fish tacos at Paia down the street -- SO GOOD! Happy hour special gets you a pint and a fish taco for $6.
Redline Raft snorkle tour to Molikini -- worth every penny
Visit Haleakala -- a once-in-a-lifetime experience
Aloha and enjoy!
Not bad considering the comparable cost of surrounding properties. Although the property in question needs some maintenance. The dishwasher is broken and has a note on it. No big deal if you're used to washing by hand anyway .The AC has a note "do not to turn on needs repair". So make sure you check the the condition of the AC before you book a summer to trip. The noise from the road 30' from the windows is quit loud with the windows open for cool fresh air.
Nicely furnished 1st floor condo from the '70s.
