A beautiful ocean front apartment at the luxurious La Perla building located in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Florida. Situated on the 33rd floor of the building, the property offers incredible views of the ocean, beach, bay and the city of Miami in the distance.

We have two terraces with chairs and a bistro table for you to enjoy the ocean views. The apartment faces directly south and it is full of natural light from sunset to sunrise. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove / oven, full size refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and supplies, flatware, glassware plus a quality set of pots and pans as well. We also have a separate laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer and two large walk in closets.

The bathrooms are spacious, with a his and hers vanity in the master bathroom, plus separate shower and a large tub. In the second bedroom we have a large bunk bed with a full size bed for two persons below and a single above. The living room and master bedroom both have wall mounted TVs offering a full line up of digital cable channels.

The La Perla condominium is one of the most popular buildings in the area as we are a full service building with resort amenities. These services and amenities include 24 hour security, valet, a large fitness center overlooking the pool and beach, spa, resort pool, beach cabanas, beach service, kids play room, business center, conference room, and on site management. Valet parking is free for all of our guests (limited to one vehicle) for the duration of your stay.

The city of Sunny Isles Beach, “the city of sun and sea”, is located in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by Golden Beach to the north and Bal Harbour and Haulover Park to the south. Sunny Isles Beach is midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to business centers, entertainment, sports and recreational facilities, and tourist attractions. Residents and visitors can fly into either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports, or cruise into the Port of Miami or Port Everglades and be in Sunny Isles Beach within 20 to 30 minutes.

Almost one million vacationers visit Sunny Isles Beach annually to enjoy the 2 ½ mile-long beach and nearby abundant shopping, dining and entertainment options. Since the year 2000, the City has experienced a major redevelopment renaissance on the east side of Collins Avenue, the main thoroughfare.

South Beach is a 10 minute drive. Hollywood Beach is a 10 minute drive. Aventura Mall is a 5 minute drive. Many restaurants, retail, supermarkets, cafes and other stores are within walking distance from La Perla. You can walk or drive (less than 5 mins) to Haulover Park Marina and go deep sea fishing, scuba diving, or hire a boat to cruise our beautiful bay and ocean waters. Oleta State Park is also a short walk or drive to the west on 163rd Street where you can hike, mountain bike (easy to difficult trails), kayak, BBQ or spend the day exploring the park.

Very nice condo with everything we needed. The view was beautiful off the balcony.

The LaPerla was the perfect place to stay. Loved the fact that it was well secured and could not even go up on the elevator without using a key. The staff was very friendly and were always cleaning. Just a short distance from the pool, beach, pier, and restaurants. Also shopping within walking distance since we did not rent a car. A perfect location in Sunny Isles. Would definitely return to this condo. Unfortunately we had to evacuate due to the hurricane. The condo owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this condo on the 33rd floor of the LaPerla.

GREAT APARTMENT GREAT MANAGEMENT!!!

Spent 15 nights at this apartment and it was wonderful. Unit is just like pictures, very clean and with awesome views. Have only positive to say about both apartment and management team, Ross and Carolina were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The communication with them was super easy . I will definitely recommend and also rent from them again.

Thank you so much for your help in making this such a memorable trip, can't wait to come back!

Nice apartment, great vacations!

The unit is clean, well equipped, updated. It has everything we needed to have a great time there. Next time in south florida we will definitly stay here.

La unidad esta muy bien equipada, actualizada y tiene todo lo que necesitabamos para pasar unas vacaciones geniales. La proxima vez que estemos por el sur de la florida sin dudas vamos a quedarnos este departamento.

Fantastic!

I rented the apartment cause guests reviews, and now I said the same: fantastic apartment, fantastic views, and Caroline was very kind with us and the communication with Ross and Caroline during our stay was perfect!!! .

The check-in and check-out was very easy and valet parking excellent!

I don't give 5 stars because the staff at the beach was not good enough...
