Located directly on the most beautiful section of beach and just across the road from the fabulous John's Pass Village shopping and restaurant area, Sandy Shores is the perfect location for your Florida Gulf vacation. The resort is complete with beach front pool, beach front Tiki hut patio, and of course, the prettiest section of white sandy beach in the area.
The private balcony faces south, and looks towards the Johns Pass Bridge. There is a beach and Gulf view from the side of the balcony.
The fourth floor condo with private balcony gives a peaceful and always interesting view of the John's Pass bridge, and is an exceptional location for enjoying everything the area has to offer, without having to drive anywhere.
Maximize your sleeping options, with a King and Queen bed in the large master bedroom with private bath, and a Full and Twin in the second bedroom. The spacious living room area boasts two new leather couches, large flat screen TV, with DVD, as well as a large dining area for six. The kitchen is modern and updated, and includes everything needed for preparing everything from Margaritas to large family meals.
The condo is well equipped with TV's in each bedroom, free high speed WiFi internet, complete sets of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and even a few beach toys for the kids.
Great pool. Close to restaurants, shopping etc. The condo was nicely furnished and the entire building and grounds were very clean all the time.
We loved our stay great location, big apartament, near good restaurants and great for fishing.I recommend and I will back soon .
Had a pleasant reunion stay with high school girlfriends all in our 50's.
Condo was basically OK with a few issues. First was an ant problem in the kitchen (we were on the fourth floor!). We pointed this out the first day...maintenance came and sprayed but the ants persisted throughout our stay. There was molding coffee grounds/filter in the coffee maker...with the cleaning fees this should never happen. Elevators slow.
On the plus side the towels were nice, covered parking was good and the location excellent.
Have absolutely no complaints, everyone was great, maintenance / grounds crew really nice and helpful. So convenient to everything, even though the weather was no so cooperative the convenience of the room made it nice to run to the beach in between showers and to dinner or where ever we went that evening..... Thank you all !!
We just needed a place for my daughters to have a reunion with their families after 4 years of only seeing each other on Skype. Well, Sandy Shores was perfect; even more than we expected. The beach was gorgeous. The area around was very interesting and entertaining. The pool was very nice. All of us were so happy. It was a sweet reunion. Thanks
Very clean and spacious condo. Beautifully furnished with all of the kitchen utensils that you could need.
Comfortable couches and beds. Directly across the street from John's pass. Lot's to do right in the area, no reason to get in the car unless you want to.
