Our condo is located in downtown San Diego's Little Italy, which has a small town feel in an urban setting. Named after the Italian American immigrants who settled and made a living from the fishing industry, Little Italy thrives today to provide its residents and visitors with plenty of attractions. Amici Park, a favorite for locals, provides a perfect place for enjoying the always-lovely San Diego weather. A waterfront park makes this bay-side neighborhood even more desirable. It is no wonder Little Italy is chosen as the host to over a dozen festivals and artistic endeavors year-round.
The complex features three elevators for extra convenience, a community conference room, building security monitoring and covered parking.
Our spacious loft is tastefully furnished with a feel of home and comfort, whether you are visiting our great city for relaxing or Convention business. As displayed, our condo has floor-to-ceiling windows on one side of the condo, which lets in plenty of light, but also has shades for privacy at night (although the night lights are beautiful!), and black-out curtains for those who need them.

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times and the unit was always spotless. The location makes it easy to walk to all of the downtown locations. Tovak and Colleen are very helpful and are always right there if you have a concern of problem. This unit is much more than a studio, very large with the bed tucked away in an alcove with a great view of the city.
Booking online is always taking a leap of faith. Well let me tell you this will restore your faith in that process! The other reviewers have said it all. It was the most delightful, I'm sure professionally decorated, and calling it a studio is really an understatement. The location couldn't be more perfect-just on the edge of everything, but not in the middle of any congestion. My husband and I loved walking to Little Italy, easy walk to the Pier and Gaslamp. Easy access to the highways and airport. We golfed every other day about 30 minutes north of the unit Secure underground parking, beautiful very well maintained building. If you haven't been to San Diego don't bother staying in a hotel, I don't care if its 5-star, it won't be better than this. Can't wait to go back and didn't want to leave.
This is the third time we have been the Guests of Tovik & Colleen. They are the best!!
We have never rented a Studio before, so we were expecting it to be small. We were
pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Condo is very open, has everything you need;
Washer/Dryer, Lovely Kitchen, Large Bathroom, Dining Table & Chairs/2 very Comfortable
Living Room Leather Couches/ best King Size Bed ever. Window Views were terrific.
It was beautiful! Little Italy is close to everything, with a Farmer's Market on Saturday.
The 7-11 on the corner has delicious coffee, and Extraordinary Deserts is fantastic.
Condo was very quiet, never heard the neighbors during our stay
Whenever we find ourselves in the San Diego area in the future, Tovik & Colleen.will be
our FIRST CHOICE!
This is a great place to stay downtown. As other reviewers have said, it is within easy walking distance to many downtown attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the eateries in Little Italy. The condo is very modern, clean, with W/D, and full cable TV. Best of all, the bed is super comfortable and with a great view! We were impressed with the building security measures and felt very safe there. Having a private parking space was a huge plus since we had a rental car. The owners are very accessible via phone with any questions. The location, size, and amenities of this unit make it one of the best (if not the best!) values in all of San Diego for lodging accomodations!
Great Condo, great location! Perfect for 2 people, easy walk to restaurants, Petco Park, Gaslamp district, Ferry etc. Colleen and Tovik were easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next visit and staying again at the condo.
An absolutely great location and nicely appointed condo (the bed is unbelievably comfortable). No car needed to see all that San Diego has to offer - the zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, the ferry to Coronado Island - all within walking distance. The condo is exactly as stated and the view at night is so beautiful! Little Italy is a few blocks away with some great restaurants and the Gaslamp District is an easy walk as well. Particularly liked the Gaslamp Tavern for an afternoon adult beverage. When we travel we always try to stay in a VRBO property whenever possible and one of my pet peeves is having to wait a few days for a response; not the case with Colleen and Tovik. They are great to work with and so quick to respond. Many thanks to them for a great stay!!!
