Why Richard Stamp chose Sedona
We purchased this townhouse because of its location in the Village of Oak Creek, its proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities and it is zoned commercial so short term vacation rentals are not a problem. The townhouse is spacious (1240 SF) and built with the highest quality materials and furnishings such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Village of Oak Creek which is in our opinion the best location in the Sedona area as the traffic is much less congested than West Sedona, Uptown Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon. We have great views of the Red Rocks. Sedona is one of the top tourist destinations in the world with year round travelers. Every day is a weekend.
What makes this Townhome unique
Our townhouse is located close to Bell Rock. It has great views and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We are close to 3 golf courses, tennis, hiking and biking. There is a great bakery right across the street. We have an incredible 6 person hot tub on the back patio with great views of the Red Rocks and it is only for the use of our unit J renters. It seems to have a jet for every body part. It is so relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or other outdoor activities.

Spacious condo with easy access to highway and hiking
This condo is perfect for two couples meeting for a long weekend. There is plenty of space upstairs and down with two private suites (the early risers didn't even hear the late sleepers). The patio is a wonderful addition with nice hot tub in a quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and a nice grocery but away from the most congested part of Sedona. The access to the highway and hiking is fabulous. We were super happy and will stay here again.
Meeting old time friends
The condo and location could not have been better for the 4 of us to meet in between California and Kansas. Love to be able to walk to grocery store(excellent) and variety of good restaurants and still only minutes to downtown Sedona. We explored numerous ruins!!
Even Better than Expected
It was so affordable and the location was AMAZING! Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants, beautiful morning walk with incredible views.
