Our renovated home is across the street from the private sugar sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet single family community. Entertain in the spacious open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room and an office area. Enjoy two master bedroom/full bathroom suites and a den, sleeps seven comfortably. Go take a leisurely walk on the beach, bike through miles of scenic paths, swim in the local pool, head out in a kayak in the wildlife estuary or take a boat ride on the Gulf of Mexico. A golf lovers paradise with several challenging courses located on the island. Enjoy the abundance of nature right outside your door while you reconnect and relax with family and friends. Beach chairs, umbrella and bikes available. Please request a quote. The City of Sanibel ordinance requires a minimum stay of 28 days for rental homes. Please plan your stay according to the strictly enforced ordinance.

Excellent beach location, spacious & well equipped

Our vacation to Sanibel Island was scheduled last minute and our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful. The location is ideally situated on the most private part of the island and a perfect spot for shelling and white sandy beaches that are less populated. The beach path is just across the street! Captiva is a short drive away for shopping and all of the great Captiva restaurants. The description of the property was everything we expected and as depicted on website. All of our needs were met, plenty of fluffy pillows, fresh linens and towels, kitchen gadgets and even coffee. The owners are caring and very professional with an attention to detail and responsive to any concerns or questions. We will be back!

Terrific location, highly recommended.

The path to the private beach is right outside the front door allowing for quick and easy beach access. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the bustling condos but still convenient access to the shops and restaurants on Sanibel or Captiva. The house offered everything our family could ask for, from the well equipped kitchen to beach towels and chairs. Both of the bedrooms are separated, so everyone felt they had their own private corner of the house. Another bonus were the full attached bathrooms for each bedroom. The living-room is very spacious with sliding doors leading to the backyard deck. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the secluded deck surrounded by tropical foliage. The owners manage the property vigilantly and the booking process seemed effortless for me. The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our vacation stay.

Amazing and well recommended

Sanibel Island is a magnificent breathtaking island. The beach is amazingly beautiful also felt very private and its only walking distance from the house. Our stay at this home made it feel even more pleasant for our family. We absolutely loved having all the space there. Our family was well stretched and we were also able to invite friends to join us at our stay. The house was well utilized from kitchenware to all the fishing equipment. We did not need to go to the store to buy anything major, everything was well provided in this house. Loved the patio and the grill we actually had the opportunity to have a barbeque. The owner was responsive at all times to our questions and accommodated our needs. Great place looking forward to renting it next time we go to Sanibel Island!
