It is small but cozy place. With amazing view during day and night. Is close to restaurants, bars, beach, see wall, shopping areas, mountains. Everything is walking distance.

The Burrard street apartment was the perfect place for my colleague and I to stay! It offered a clean and spacious kitchen, and large windows for bright light. The modern decor and personal touches were very welcoming! The bedroom offers a king size bed and large closet space! The location ideal for shopping as well a 5 min walk to the English bay. It was a bonus to have the ability to do laundry within the unit! The apartment was even stocked with DVDs, DVD player and large screen tv and wifi. This cozy space is just what we needed to stay comfortable while in downtown Vancouver!

Perfect getaway right near downtown

Loved this place! The 2 of us were travelling for the first time to Vancouver and this little gem was perfect for our needs. A nice part of town with tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. We wanted for nothing while staying and you can't beat coffee or drinks on the balcony at sunrise or sunset. If we come back to Vancouver, this will definitively be our first choice. Maha was very friendly and answered all our inquires and gave us great local tips. Wi-Fi, Netflix, assigned parking, and walking distance to Yaletown (our fav), Gastown, and Chinatown. You're very close to the bridges and getting to Granville Market is super easy. Had a great time! Thanks, Maha!

Great place to stay!

The property came as advertised and is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I also walked down to the ocean and walked along the sea wall to Stanley Park and back. If you have never done that, it is a "must do" while in Vancouver! Perfect for two people with a comfortable king-sized bed. Building and apartment were both very clean and safe. Maha was great at ensuring someone was there to meet us and help us get settled.

Fantastic stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Vancouver. Great windows and balcony. Clean, and looks exactly like the photos posted.

Maha was very hospitable, and prompt in meeting us upon arrival to show us around and give us the keys. She has a guestbook with local restaurant menus, and plenty of brochures to help you choose activities for your trip.

I liked this location, as it was in walking distance to Gastown, the Seawall, and plenty of local cafes. I recommend Breka and Tartine for great coffee and pastries.

Some reviewers mentioned city noise, but I thought that the building was nice and quiet, and street noise was minimal for staying in a downtown location.

The underground parking felt very safe, and was convenient if you are renting a car for your stay. The parking spot is small, and we had an SUV sized rental. I recommend renting a smaller vehicle for ease of use.

I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Maha!

Great location, complete kitchen

The location is pretty central - easy to get to Granville Island, Downtown, Stanley Park, Gastown, etc. The kitchen includes a full frig, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as dishware for 2-4 people. Living space has a gas fireplace for warming the bones after walking in cold rain. Only suggestion is to change out the couch for something a bit more comfortable, which the owners are investigating. Would definitely rent here on future trips!

Good Location

Our check in and check out went smoothly and Maha quickly answered any queries we had prior to and during our stay. Spent 5 days in this centrally located 1 bedroom. Took the Canada Line Sky train from the airport and apartment only a 10 minute walk from the Yaletown station. Easy walk to Yaletown which had numerous good restaurants. Twenty minute walk to get to BC Place and about 10 minutes to Robson, a street with lots of shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with eveything you need to cook. Nice views from the numerous windows,. Small patio, however we did not use due to weather. The apartment would benefit from additional lighting in the bedroom and living room to allow for reading, quite dark in the evenings. The living furniture is modern and we found that it was not that comfortable. Nice touch to have access to Netflix and the internet service was very good. Would recommend for short stay.
