Our home at 925 Arawak Avenue is just an easy two block walk from the newest beach access path to Marco's beautiful crescent beach. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels for your convenience. It features a gleaming, white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen island, media area and living room. All new furnishings. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with new plush mattress, attached bath and direct access to lanai. Master bath has double vanity, separate shower and free-standing tub. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house share a bath with stone mosaic floor. With tile and bamboo floors and a no smoking and no pet policy, we strive to create an environment that is low allergen. Open the triple glass sliders from the living room and walk into your paradise; the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs and eating area. Free high speed wireless internet and three brand new flat screened TVs. Please read our reviews for feedback from our guests.

It is time to move on to New York as our last stop on this wonderful vacation, then we head back to Sweden. We have truly loved your house and it has become a wonderful place to relax, BBQ, and the children didn't want to leave the pool! Such a beautiful home that we leave with only happy memories. Thank you for trusting us to rent it and we hope we may come back one day. Marco Island and Rufina will be in a place close to our hearts, always!

We cannot say enough about our wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and has everything that you could ever need. It is spotless and very spacious. The pool was great during the day and in the evening with plenty of places to sit outside for meals. The location is perfect and close to everything. Alan is so great to work with and very responsive if you need assistance. We cannot wait to return. Thank you again for everything.

Wonderful updated property with every amenity.

Having stayed at rentals from Princeton to North Carolina to Sanibel, this home was truly the gem. Not your typical rental property. This was the most well-appointed property with every item on your wishlist times 10. Fully stocked kitchen and bar ware. Quality abounded everywhere, including the comfortable mattresses and pillows which allowed a great night's sleep. Location was fabulous on Marco Island and Alan was available to answer every query we had. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful house, conveniently located, all the amenities you could want!

Alan, we had a fantastic time in your house! The location was very convenient and a short walk to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated. Everything was great & we really appreciated all the amenities provided; beach towels, kitchen-ware, and spices, etc. We even used the yoga mats and exercise ball! We enjoyed the private pool immensely and had many great walks on the beach! We never did get to use the bikes, but maybe next time! Again, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great house and location!

We stayed at Rufina the first week of April. The house is beautiful and nicely stocked. It is also very clean. We had everything that we needed. The best part of the house was the pool area. It had a lot of seating and it was screened in. We spent most of our time out there and not even in the house! The other great thing about this property was that the owners provided a lot of equipment for the beach. We had plenty of towels, beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, etc. It was an easy two block walk to the beach (it's so close that some people park on the street by the house and walk to the beach). You do have to cross a busy road to get there, but there is a great crosswalk that does an excellent job of stopping the cars (it's almost better than a stoplight!). The beach is beautiful, there is tons of space with plenty of soft white sand and shells. The water is calm but there are just enough waves to make it fun for the kids. The house is in a great location and you can walk to many restaurants and other places from it, we didn't need the car much. The owners were very responsive. Alan came to our rescue quickly when we accidently locked ourselves out of the house (which was our fault)! We are definitely planning on coming back in the future.

Home Run!

This was our first time to visit Marco Island and I must say we hit a "home run" in staying at 925 Arawak Ave. After arriving we received a courtesy call from Alan to make sure we had been able to access the house and that everything was satisfactory.

Everything you need for vacation is waiting and ready: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, beach cart, bikes . . . . the list goes on and on. The house is exceptionally well maintained. The pool gets sun all day. The screened in porch/pool area is also beautiful at night. There is limited public beach access on Marco Island and being within walking distance we did not have to worry about finding a parking place, etc.

I would highly recommend staying at 925 Arawak Ave. We will definitely check with Alan first on our next trip.
