Clean with a fantastic view.
Without car, I could shop, go to restaurants, buy food to cook in a well organize kitchen.
And what to say about the pool? Huge + a great hottub.
I strongly recommand.
My husband and I stayed in a studio at the Ocean Sands condominium from June 14th through June 21st. It was a gulf front property situated on Gulf Blvd. The place has a queen-sized Murphy bed, two comfortable sofa recliners, a dining area, full kitchen, washer and dryer and a bathroom with shower. There was also a parking space under the building for our car. On the outside of the condo, there was a community pool and spa.
The property contained everything for a great beach stay.
Condo is just as depicted on website. In a very central location with many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions nearby. Unit is clean and very well stocked.. Furniture appears to be new.
The best part of condo was large balcony over looking the gulf.
We explored the area from CLearwater to the north of condo and south to Pass-a-grille. Each way only took about 30 minites. Also about 30 minutes to beautiful St petersburg historic downtown.
Building is very quiet not many people at pool or on beach. There is a public beach access right next to building and that area did get quite crowded on weekend. Building is also very secure..
We would definately stay there again except my husband has bad back and murphy bed wasnot comfortable for him. It was fine for me and I think would be for most people. Great condo and good value!
Another great stay. Only thing I would recommend is a new mattresses on the bed . very uncomfortable. Room was clean . People are great. already booked next March.
This is a studio with wonderful plush flip up leather couch. Nice tv, good lighting. Place was very clean and the kitchen has most anything you need. The Murphy bed was absolutely wonderful. Never thought that would happen. The leasing company's employees are wonderful. Dealt with Liz and Brandon. U.K.1. DVD A player was broke and Brandon bought a new one and installed it within four hours. The pool and hot tub are great. Just not opened if windy. This unit is next to the fire station...lots of ambulance noise. If I was the owner, I would have a sofa bed in unit. It would attract more people, since the price is a bit high for a studio. This is based on other unit we looked at.
