Why J.D. chose Downtown

I bought in this location because I love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single family homes downtown. That meant I could paint it bright green and rent it weekly without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I also liked the fact that the garage is attached and I do not have to go through a public elevator to get into the unit.

What makes this house unique

Attached garage single family home not a condo, there is no home association to worry about. Every condo association in downtown prohibits vacation rentals of less 30 days, people do it anyway but my tenants do not have that worry.

Beautiful and spacious home

Beautiful and spacious home in a convenient location. Our family used this as a convenient jumping off point to go to the zoo, Balboa Park, USS Midway, and Gaslamp area of San Diego. Just a couple min to the I5 entrance also. The condo is three levels and very nicely designed / decorated. Very handy to have multiple beds, bathrooms (I love the upstairs rain shower!) and a well-stocked kitchen. JD checked on us multiple times during our stay to ensure we were taken care of. Overall a great experience.

BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED WITH ALL THE AMENITIES

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The interior is awesome and so well designed. It is obvious a lot of thought went into this home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There was plenty of towels and paper goods. They provide extra linens for the two futon sofa beds in the living room and master.

Location is great just a few blocks from the main street of the Gas Lamp where there is a ton of great restaurants, bars and shopping.

Most of all I was really impressed with the communication with the owner, JD. He gave thorough directions for entry to the house and exit instructions, made sure we got in okay and if we needed anything during our stay. He even took care of us after our stay as well! Thanks JD for sharing your home with my family!

Exceeded expectations!

The property is very well located and has been refurbished to a very high standard. I found the owners very professional in their communication and it is clear they take a lot of care about making sure those who stay have everything they need. The property was spotless, had loads of fresh towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. We felt at home straight away and also felt safe. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended the property to friends.

Fantastic unit in perfect location

We arrived on Thanksgiving morning. JD is very responsive and worked with us to accomodate our arrival and departure times. The unit is exactly as shown. Very large, comfortable, and has every amenity. The location is walking distance to everything in Gaslamp, downtown, Petco Park, the Convention Center Little Italy and the waterfront area. There are many great restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores. We will be back for sure. You will be pleased if you rent this unit.

This is a lovely, modern townhouse with great amenities and a perfect location for enjoying dining, shopping, and events within walking distance in the heart of San Diego. Every convenience is available for a comfortable stay. We had such an enjoyable time and made memories for a lifetime!
