Why J.D. chose Downtown

I bought in this location because I love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single family homes downtown. That meant I could paint it bright green and rent it weekly without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I also liked the fact that the garage is attached and I do not have to go through a public elevator to get into the unit.

What makes this house unique

Attached garage single family home not a condo, there is no home association to worry about. Every condo association in downtown prohibits vacation rentals of less 30 days, people do it anyway but my tenants do not have that worry.

This is a lovely, modern townhouse with great amenities and a perfect location for enjoying dining, shopping, and events within walking distance in the heart of San Diego. Every convenience is available for a comfortable stay. We had such an enjoyable time and made memories for a lifetime!

AWESOME

The place is immaculate and very well stocked. The location is perfect for quick access to the Gaslamp & Little Italy restaurants via Uber/Lyft without the hassles of trying to drive and park yourself. There are grocery stores and plenty of good eating places within a short walk. Access from the freeway is really easy because 10th Ave is one of the exits. JD really makes using his place seamless with an easy to read instruction manual and reminder placards. We are really picky and this place delivered. Kudos to the owner for all the forethought and effort he has obviously put into his place. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning property!

Coming to San Diego for my brother's wedding was already a treat for my family, but to be able to call this place home during our stay was the icing on the cake! The house is perfectly located close to everything we needed during our stay to include grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall! The interior of the house reminds me of something featured on HGTV. My wife who is quite the neat freak joked that whomever is responsible for cleaning this house needs a raise as everything was immaculate during our check-in. The owners were great to work with and made sure to touch base with us to see if there was anything we needed upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting San Diego.

We had a great guys weekend at this place. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. Nice tv and sound system for watching your favorite game. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!
