Visit the website see link below for over 100 pictures and more detailed information. It was designed by a well-known Las Vegas interior design company, using only high-end finishes and materials. No expense was spared! The entire home was gutted from top to bottom. It took over a year to complete.

Why J.D. chose San Diego

I bought in this location because I love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single family homes downtown. That meant I could paint it bright green and rent it weekly without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I liked the fact that the garage is attached and I do not have to go through a public elevator to get into the unit.

What makes this house unique

Attached garage single family home not a condo, there is no home association to worry about. Every condo association in downtown prohibits vacation rentals of less 30 days, people do it anyway but my tenants do not have that worry.

Fun Place to Stay!

We had a fun weekend staying at this rental. There were 6 people sharing the rental and it was spacious for everyone. It was a good location to access much of the city when walking and using a key code was great because you didn't have to worry about keys. The owner gave great information about the rental and the area where it was located as well as how to use various appliances in the rental and checked in to make sure we were settled in. The only downside was the bathroom doors for the bathrooms with showers as the fogged glass lacked some privacy. Otherwise it was a great updated and funky rental!

Great location to park and walk to gaslamp district and ballpark. Well stocked. Owner responsive

Very nice place! Helpful owner.

We had a great time at this property. It is very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen and JD provides a great written guide. Owner was quite prompt and also helpful with early check in and later check out. I could not get my minivan in the garage because of the angle. But the owner volunteered to come in and help me get it in. I think a more experienced large minivan driver would have no problems but I did not want to ding the rental.

I would recommend this property for both business travelers and leisure.

Tip: The organic grocery store in Horton plaza has a good selection for people with kids.

Great condo and area!

The owner was prompt and east to get ahold of. Home was clean and well decorated. This condo is in a great part of town. Everything was close to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property

Great location, amazing property, and J.D. Was always avail and attentive. Very simple check in and out! Loved the coded keypad so didn't ever have to worry about using or loosing a key! Def. one of the best properties that I have stayed at via air b&b would recommend to anyone that does not want to drive downtown! We will def be staying here again!
