We invite you to stay in our condo; this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has updated furnishings and appliances. The RedCliff Condo complex is located just 5 miles south of Moab in the beautiful Spanish Valley.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access off of the highway.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic La Sal Mountains to the Southeast and the most stunning red rock landscape to the Southwest.

Comfortable

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your condo. My family stayed here for two nights while exploring Arches, Canyon Lands, and the Bears Ears area. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious inside and the washer and dryer in the condo was nice to have. The pool area is spacious and the hot tub welcome after long days of hiking. There was construction on the building next to the unit, but as we were gone most of the day, it didn't cause any disruption. Communication with the owners was great- they sent email reminders and very good instructions regarding directions to the condo and entrance/exit procedures. Thanks again!

Clean, well kept and close to town!

We had a great experience with this condo. We run Thelma & Louise every year and most of the time end up spending WAY too much money on hotels. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook our own meals. When we arrived, the condo was very clean. The beds were made (fancy, like a hotel) and the condo is beautiful. A great weekend was had by all. Great place for families to stay, loved the pool and so much to do in Moab.

Nice property. Place had everything needed. No issues. Place was ready upon arrival.

Apartment was clean and stocked with everything needed for us during our stay. Location is perfect just far enough outside the Moab traffic but still very close to the national parks. Instructions provided for us previous to the check-in were accurate and we simply had no issues and would recommend this place to anyone.

Actual Condo Great But Unsatisfactory Balcony Views

The actual condo itself was great. Clean. Convenient location. Easy and quick drive to downtown Moab.

We felt the photos of the view from the balcony were misleading because they didn't show the pole barn that you see, the many homes and backyards you look down into, several motorhomes, the random piles of tires, random old cars sitting around, some sort of semi/truck trailer type vehicles sitting around, and so on. The main reason we booked this condo was because the photos posted were very beautiful and we like to utilize balconies/patios but felt the actual view from this balcony was a lot different from the posted photos.

Nice area just on the edge of town

The condo was very nice and in a good location to downtown Moab. We were surprised and slightly disappointed that there was major construction going on there. Did not realize we would be listening to hammers and nail guns first thing in the morning. Basic necessities are provided and the condo was well maintained and clean
