Ocean Front Property in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour east of Orlando. Angel Inn the Sand offers a relaxing atmosphere for your next vacation, long weekend get-away, or seasonal stay.

Angel Inn the Sands 2 bedroom 2 bath rental is very spacious at 1250 sq. ft. with full kitchen, living and dining room. The bedrooms are set up as 1 king room and the second bedroom has two queen / full size depending on the unit. The rooms are super spacious! There is a huge 50 ft. ground floor patio for barbecues and gatherings and a 2nd floor deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The unit is oceanfront with walking beach access. It doesn’t get much better than this!

The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep. We offer covered parking for your car. Amenities include flat screen TV’s with Direct TV and complimentary wireless internet. Walk to shopping, bike or ride on the beach, golf, fish, or dine at the many restaurants. Just enjoy your stay! Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday we also will accommodate shorter stays if we have availability. Please note you must be 25 years or older to rent and stay at our house, proof of age may be required.

Whether you want a relaxing weekend getaway or the perfect family reunion spot for large families or multiple families Angel Inn the Sand is the right location and one of the most affordable beach front properties in New Smyrna Beach! We also offer monthly rentals from January to April for those wanting the perfect longer stay away from the cold!

About Frank Murru & Teri Corbett

We got married at Angel Inn the Sand shortly after purchasing the property in October 2013. We hope to one day live at this location but in the meantime we want to share the spectacular views and beautiful sunrises with all that stay with us as our guests.

We bought this property to bring families together. During the summer we also vacation at this property and bring together our families under one roof. It's a unique house that allows everyone to be together yet provides privacy for each family. The best part of the house are the views and being located right on the beach. It's an amazing place to stay!! During the off months we try to stay at the house as often as we can so we are very involved in it's upkeep and feel.

This house is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. You can't get any closer without getting wet!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Angel Inn the Sand and highly recommend it. Our unit (Fish) was very clean and large, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location and view couldn’t have been better. Lots of fun artwork throughout the condo. We found the owners to be friendly and communicative. It was clear they have put in a lot of effort (and money) to upgrade the Inn since they purchased it last year and are committed to ensuring their guests an enjoyable stay. We hope to return.

Great property, great location on beach!!!

A very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished unit. Lots of places to walk and bicycle. Patio out front has great furniture to sit and view the ocean. Surfers and kite surfers to watch. Walk to Walgreens and Publix, but no road noise, and you feel most connected to the beach. Walk to Flagler Avenue with shops and restaurants. Even on cooler or rainy day, you can watch the ocean from living room and kitchen. Very relaxing.

No car needed

This vacation rental on the beach is a gem! One step off the patio/deck and you are on the beach. Restaurants are within easy walking distance, along with three tiki bars on the beach. A Publix grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The rental unit was in great shape and was adequately furnished and supplied. Very quiet location. A laundry room is available within the four plex which was a nice amenity. We will most likely return and stay for a longer period of time.

Teri was easy to work with and accommodated our short rental period (four days). Thanks Teri!
