Angel Inn the Sand is a Beach front, Ocean Front Property in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour east, northeast of Orlando. Angel Inn the Sand offers a relaxing atmosphere for your next vacation, long weekend get-away, or seasonal stay. We have many returning guests so our calendar for Winter and Summer fills up about 8-12 months in advance for popular times!

We are now advertising each individual unit and you can book online via Home Away and VRBO! This allows for almost instant booking (24 hours) with up-to-date calendars and ease of payments. We still rent both the entire house and individual units. To view the entire house rental please refer to Home Away listing ##374073 for it's availability.

This listing is for the FISH Unit located upstairs north. FISH Unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is very spacious @ 1250 sq. ft! Much larger than any condo you will find on the beach.

We offer a full kitchen stocked with basic sugar, spices, etc. Our dining area seats 4-6 people. The living room has a giant picture window facing the north with beautiful views and the entire living room opens up to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with large sliding glass doors to our outdoor balcony which has comfortable seating and outdoor dining tables & chairs.

The bedrooms are set up as 1 king room with a detached bathroom and the second back bedroom has two queen size beds with an ensuite bathroom. We supply comfortable, soft linens and hotel quality towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers and irons.

One of the best amenities is that you can walk directly onto the beach from the back patio. We also provide a variety of beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels located in the shared laundry facility. The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep.

We also have some covered parking in our large parking lot.

Other amenities include flat screen TV’s with Direct TV and complimentary wireless internet.

We are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is the most popular destination in New Smyrna with shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques located just .08 miles from our door. Rent bikes or golf carts to ride on the beach, golf, fish, surf lessons, we have it all! Just enjoy your stay!

Most of the year we offer a 3-night stay however end of May to mid-August we implement 7-night stay with Saturday to Saturday turnover.

Please note you must be 25 years or older to rent and stay at our house, proof of age may be required. We ask that you do not leave unattended children overnight at our property. We are a family owned and operated business.

Whether you want a relaxing weekend getaway or the perfect family reunion Angel Inn the Sand is the perfect location and one of the most affordable beach front properties in New Smyrna Beach!

We also offer up to 6-weeks stay & monthly rentals from January to April for those wanting the perfect get-away from the cold!

About Teri & Frank

We got married at Angel Inn the Sand shortly after purchasing the property in October 2013. We hope to one day live at this location but in the meantime we want to share the spectacular views and beautiful sunrises with all that stay with us as our guests.

We bought this property to share the ocean views with everyone that visits. The best part of the house are the views and being located right on the beach. It's an amazing place to stay!! During the off months we try to stay at the house as often as we can so we are very involved in it's upkeep and feel.

What makes this Apartment unique

The house itself is so unique and special....you will just have to come stay and see for yourself! The views are spectacular and we allow you to bring your pet family as well. We don't go anywhere without ours and would not expect you to either!

                                                              We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Angel Inn the Sand and highly recommend it. Our unit (Fish) was very clean and large, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location and view couldn’t have been better. Lots of fun artwork throughout the condo. We found the owners to be friendly and communicative. It was clear they have put in a lot of effort (and money) to upgrade the Inn since they purchased it last year and are committed to ensuring their guests an enjoyable stay. We hope to return.

                                                              A very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished unit. Lots of places to walk and bicycle. Patio out front has great furniture to sit and view the ocean. Surfers and kite surfers to watch. Walk to Walgreens and Publix, but no road noise, and you feel most connected to the beach. Walk to Flagler Avenue with shops and restaurants. Even on cooler or rainy day, you can watch the ocean from living room and kitchen. Very relaxing.

                                                              No car needed

                                                              This vacation rental on the beach is a gem! One step off the patio/deck and you are on the beach. Restaurants are within easy walking distance, along with three tiki bars on the beach. A Publix grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The rental unit was in great shape and was adequately furnished and supplied. Very quiet location. A laundry room is available within the four plex which was a nice amenity. We will most likely return and stay for a longer period of time.

                                                              Angel Inn the Sand is centrally located in New Smyrna Beach directly off of Highway 44 where it turns into beachside 3rd Ave. We are on the "drive side" of the beach however this makes for great people watching from the house and the county clears all cars prior to sunset to make for enjoyable quiet evenings. You can't get any closer to the water without being in it! Our house is very affordable for the location and amenities.
