Living in London
Coup de foudre: born in Paris, raised two blocks away, this is the only area we want to live in Paris because it is very central and quiet = a rare find
garden views, high ceiling, French windows, wooden floors no facing building, full open sky view, very private feeling and everything you need within 2 mn walk = peace after frantic days
I just arrived in San Antonio, Texas and in my mind I brought wonderfull memories from our stance at your nice place. Your kindness help us a lot,
We took very good care of you apartment. The view of the park is just marvelous. At night I enjoyed looking at the moon and the Eiffell Tower. On June 24 we were delighted by the bells concert that we heard right at your place.
Your apartament is the top of the line, the bed made me sleep all the night. Your kitchen has every thing we needed and every thing worked at perfection. I loved the sugar thing that you have for serving the sugar, we went to an old market and could not find one like yours. I am going to look for one like yours on e bay.
We wish to rent it again.
The delightful pleasure of renting the apartment began the moment I first connected with Violaine three months in advance of our August stay and remains today. She is exceptional in her manner and concern for your well-being and thorough in ensuring your stay is warm and memorable. It was clear to me that she enjoys sharing the apartment with others and allowing them a wonderful opportunity to experience the love of life in Paris. This is not a unit; it is a home where this love radiates. For a particularly evocative moment, open the window to listen to the last evening church bell tolls at 10 o’clock while viewing the lit splendor of the Eiffel Tower!
Communications with Violaine were easy and prompt via email. As promised, we were met at the apartment by her friend, who helped us with our luggage and walked us through the various elements of the apartment. A welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us, as was a detailed booklet on metro information, using the appliances, suggestions for restaurants and other helpful information. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the apartment was definitely a plus. All the appliances work perfectly. The views from the windows of the nearby area were quite nice. The location was excellent, with patisseries, a cheese monger, butcher shop, and metro station just one block away, yet we never heard street noise. The one drawback was the bed and pillows, which were too hard for our taste. The restaurant at the end of the block, Oudino, is quite good and, unlike many of the TripAdvisor recommendations, not filled with American tourists. Overall, the apartment is a very good value for the cost and again a wonderful location.

We loved this apartment in Paris. My friend and I had been traveling for some time in France and the stay in Paris was so comfortable. Violaine and her manager Jane were very helpful giving us advise on getting around Paris as well as great local restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood restaurants were excellent! Beautiful view of the gardens.
We would love to stay there again.

Violaine's lovely apartment was the perfect apartment for our Paris stay. Perfectly located near the amazing Bon Marche and St Germain Des Pres plus my favourite fromagerie EVER. Spacious, light and elegantly decorated- it's been my favourite apartment stay in Paris. And Violaine was so sweet and helpful in every way. I HIGHLY recommend.
I've stayed in several apartments in Paris and this one wins the prize for bring perfectly located. An easy walk to 3 metros, Le Grand Epicerie and Le Bon Marche, it makes for a wonderful home base. It even boasts a view of Le Tour Eiffel. A nice home away from home for any couple.
We were really pleased with the apartment. Very clean and spacious. The bed was really confortable. A beautiful view on a courtyard just acrosse the street. Just around the corner there were lots of restaurants to choose from and a few grocery stores, bakeries, etc... The metro was just a few blocks away, which was easy to access! We had beautiful weather and walked to the Tour Effeil, the Musée du Louvre and d'Orsay! I recommend highly this beautiful apartment.
