The Living Room opens to the Dining area and Kitchen and attached Florida Room with ocean views. Cable with Starz, WIFI and unlimited long distance. TV/DVD in the Living Room. Mixture of antiques and contemporary furnishings with original art throughout. All native landscaping.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. A second bath is off the hallway. The Florida room has a double futon.

Walk to the pier, shops, dining and activities. Close to the Marina, Shell Shack, grocery store and more restaurants.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and pantry. Weber grill is on the backyard patio.

Utility closet under the carport contains stacked washer/dryer and beach supplies. A hot & cold outside shower is on the backside of the utility closet.

Owned by Glen and Amy Buckingham, we live in a Mayberry-like town in Colorado. In 1997, we searched the Atlantic and the Gulf Coasts for the best, most ideal beach town for ourselves and our family. Mexico Beach has been our Floridian home since then.

We chose this simple home for its location, accessibility, peaceful surroundings, and proximity to shops, restaurants and the pier. We later learned from Charlie Parker that it is two lots from the highest part of Mexico Beach.

What makes this house unique

Terrazo floors are perfect for Florida and sand. In the mornings, we watch morning doves from the Florida room or enjoy coffee on the front patio.

See Parker Realty website for full details. Check-in is at the Parker Realty office, 3016 US Hwy 98. Their office hours are 8am to 4pm Central Time. Check-in is after 3pm Central Time; check-out is before 11am Central Time. If you are planning to arrive after hours, please arrange key pickup with them. Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise specified. Fall/Winter/Spring rates include utilities.

Parker Realty manages payment: When Making Reservations, half of the rent, tax, $5 phone charge and $75 reservation fee are required. Receipt of payment, along with your signed confirmation, is due within 10 days of your initial call. Balance of the rent, tax, and the cleaning/damage deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
