What is not to love about this luxurious 2275 sq.ft. Teeming Vacation Rental? Built in 2003, this condo has many upgrades not typical of beachside living. From the ceramic tile flooring throughout, the huge and modern kitchen with granite countertops, and the lovely crown molding, this condo has all of the bells and whistles you could ask for on vacation. It features an open floor plan all overlooking the beautiful and pristine Gulf of Mexico. The living area features oversized and comfy furniture, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and a DVR. There is even a wet bar off of the kitchen and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! The "backyard-like" balcony will become a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the beach. The Gulf Front master bedroom has sliding patio doors that open to the balcony, a king size bed, a walk in closet, and a lavish bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub to soak in, a spacious shower, double sinks and a vanity area for putting on makeup. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds plus 2 trundles while the 3rd full bath hosts a tub and shower combination. Each condo is assigned two parking spaces which includes one spot in the garage. One of the most appealing features of this rental is that it has a cabana completely outfitted and ready for you to hit the beach or pool. At your fingertips you will find 2 bicycles, boogie boards, plenty of beach and lawn chairs and a refrigerator. With plenty of space and sleeping for six, this property offers a true luxurious dream vacation.

La Contessa has a Gulf-side private pool area with 2 heated pools, spa, barbeque facility and an exclusive 250 foot pier, reserved strictly for the guests. This world class condominium complex is nestled on the pristine beaches of Pinellas County, in the friendly, town of Redington Beach where you will find a quaint collection of local shops and restaurants. Almost a mile of beautiful sand slopes gently into the Gulf, which is perfect for swimming, shelling, sunning and strolling. A variety of deep-sea fishing charters, several casino cruises, dolphin watching nature tours, boat and wave runner rentals and parasailing are just a few of the activities available in Redington Beach or offered in neighboring beach communities. These are services and amenities typical of a much larger city without the crowds, bustle and impatience. Owner Tips: If you like homemade Italian food to shop for, eat in or take out, you have to visit a store called Mazzaro's, it is located at 2909 22nd Ave. in N. St Petersburg. It is a wonderful shop with cheeses, wines, meats, breads, pastries etc. The Lasagna is to die for.You also will not want to miss "Frenchies on the Beach" for lunch and if you go, you must try the She Crab Soup! Also for higher end dinners, there is The Middle Grounds Grill that is South on Gulf Blvd, past John's Pass drawbridge, (this is a cute place to shop but kind of touristy) on the left. There is also the Salt Point Grill North on Gulf Blvd about 4 miles and on the right and a Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store approximately 2 miles to the South.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

Our love for travel spans decades as does our romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 30+ years with four children, traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents). We personally own 3 vacation rentals ourselves and manage over 225 properties, located in St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler and Panama City Beach. Relaxing Getaway in Paradise

Condo was spacious and immaculate. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful! Condo was fully stocked with amenities, felt like home. If you wanted to cook you would have everything needed. Great restaurants close by. We walked to Conch Republic one night and it was delicious (I suggest the Muscles Diablo!) We walked to the sweet sage cafe for breakfast and then walked around the decorated park across the street from the condo. The cabana by the pool/beach is a huge plus. You can bring down your drinks/lunch to store in the full size fridge, store floaties/beach toys, etc. One of the pools is heated which is nice since the ocean was a bit chilly. Lots of shells around for the beachcombers. We walked out to the private pier to watch the amazing sunset. Can't say enough about the place, it is a 5 star!

We stayed in this condo last year, loved it so much we returned this year. It has everything you need and lots more. Property and complex is very well maintained. Location is wonderful. Private pier and cabana is great. It feels very much like our home away from home and the Owner/Manager were wonderful. Customer Service was excellent. TV in master bedroom stopped working, only a minor problem to us, but it was replaced within 24 hours. Highly recommend this condo and rental agency. We are already planning to return in 2017.

Incredible condo unit, complex, and location!

This is an incredible condo unit, complex, and location! Everything exceeded my expectations. Here's what I find incredible about this place.

1) THE UNIT AND CABANA. It is a big 2000+ sqft unit. The bedrooms are nice. The three bathrooms are nice. Good kitchen, dining area, and family room. Laundry room was nice. Plus, there is a great amount of storage in the unit (closets, drawers, cabinets). Phone and wifi internet worked great (which is important for me because this was a working vacation). The outside storage cabana by the pool/ocean was AWESOME. We could easily store inflatables, fishing gear, and a paddleboard with no problem. The unit also has a great outdoor patio with comfortable tables and chairs.

2) THE COMPLEX. The complex is SO close to the beach, it is great to just "pop out" to the beach for a swim. The TWO pools are nice, so if there are people in one and you want another pool "to yourself", you can. The hot tub is a nice touch, too. The pier is AWESOME, too. Going out on it is awesome to go fishing, to watch for dolphins/manatees/fish, or simply to relax and watch the ocean. For parking, this condo has an enclosed garage and also a covered parking spot. The elevators, pool, and beach access are all security-coded via doors/gates, so it all feels very secure.

3) THE LOCATION. This was our first time in Redington Beach, and we loved it. The beach sand is very nice, and the whole area feels "private", but busy enough to not be deserted. I was concerned our teenage girls would be bored, but there were enough people around the area and at the pool for them to socialize. There aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance (about 3-4), but those restaurants are good. Other restaurants are an EASY short drive (almost all have ample parking), so that was no problem. A mall/movie theater is only about 15 minutes away, too.

Bottom line, this place is GREAT. If/when I'm in the market to buy a place, La Contessa would definitely be on my short list to consider.

Amazing condo!!

Beautiful condo, great location. Was everything it said it was and more. Easy parking with garage and excellent security features. The unit is very spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the Gulf. The area offers many oppritunities for great shopping, eating,flea markets,dog racing and many more activities. The Sage restaurant just a few blocks north has the best breakfast around. Within walking distance has great atmosphere and selection. Would recommend unit to friends and relatives. Had a great time and the only drawback was we wanted to book for next year but unit was already booked for part of the dates we were interested in.

We have been vacationing in this area for the past 7 years. This condo is very spacious, clean and well furnished, with everything you could possibly want and more. The private pier is now a must-have for us when looking at Condos and having the cabana was very useful for storing fishing gear. The cabana was well equipped with beach chairs and pool/sea toys. The 2 bikes were an added bonus. The grounds and pools were pristine and the views are to die for. Nothing better than eating your breakfast on the balcony, whilst spotting dolphins or having a glass of wine in the evening watching the spectacular sunsets. We can not wait to come back!

Great place for a family vacation

This was our second year staying at La Contessa 3-203. We loved it last year and this year we love it more. Since last year it was obvious that the condo association was keeping the property well maintained. Our unit had some new furniture and new bedding in the master bed room. Two bikes were also made available for our use this year.

What we love about this property is the location right on the beach and the security features. The two pools and hot tub are usually uncrowded as is the beach area which normally has one or two blankets out during the day.

This condo has a private fishing dock and some days are spent just hanging out trying to catch dinner and bonding with the kids.

The condo also has two gas grills with a few tables and umbrellas along side whenever we decide to "rough it".

Our favorite feature of the unit we rent is the cabana. Not all units have one. Its located on the ground floor facing the beach and comes equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, and more. We store our own fishing gear and beach stuff in there as well. We now consider the cabana a "must have" convenience since we spend most of our time enjoying the beach and pool.

The condo is convenient to many restaurants and stores. There's a new Publix at the causeway about two miles away and the big box stores are a couple of miles beyond that. The Amish Creamery in Madeira Beach serves up the best ice cream around (worth the price) and this year we found the absolute best pizza in central Florida in Indian Rocks Beach. Slyce Pizza Bar. There are plenty of seafood places within a 15-20 minute drive. Our favs are SeaCritters and PJ's.

Lastly, it should be noted that the owner has pride in the unit and maintains it accordingly. We had a minor problem when we first arrived and he made a personal call to make sure we had it resolved.
