The condo here is very nice. I had my wife n daughter with and there was enough room for two more people at least. It is comfy and has a good vibe. I would recommend it to anyone who would like the Vail experience. However I had one minor issue. Once I got to Vail I realized how expensive it really is. No joke, the place is very cool and expensive. Therefore when VRBO advertised this condo for $131 per night I jumped on it right away as they make it sound like the deal of the century. The second before you pay in full they like to itemize 10 different additions to the price. My $131 a night turned into $217 a night making it comparable to many properties for rent in the summer in the area. So if it's VRBO or the property owners advertising like this please change it. I would stay here again for $217 a night, but advertise it that way. Your marketing luring tool is bs. Simba Run is def worth the $ though and I liked it.
This condo was perfect for our long weekend in Vail. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal as it was centrally located for getting around Vail which was important as the GoPro Games were being held that weekend.
Condo was located in a very good area being close to Lionshead. Shuttle service was very good.
We had a good stay. The property was well equipped and the location was excellent. The shuttle service to the slopes works out great. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The facility is a little dated, but, maintained well and very pleasant. We stayed in building 2 which is an odd arrangement in reaching both the lobby and parking garage. Parking for 2313 would be better served if it were on the same level as the room and not a floor above. Our biggest issue was the unit smelled heavily of smoke upon arrival and we were never able to completely remove the odor.
My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed at this condo for nearly 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it! We had friends who joined us for a few nights and the additional downstairs bedroom with bathroom was great for privacy. We also enjoyed playing cards and board games (which were in the condo) on the round dinner table. The kind size bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great to enjoy the family of moose that were residing below. My daughter loved the large pool and my husband and I soaked in the outdoor hot tub. The shuttle was great, the staff were nice and the condo was well stocked. It was wonderful - we will be back!
Simba is a great location. Private shuttle is super convenient. Condo is clean and well stocked. Robyn and Steve at iTrip are easy to work with. We come back every year.
