Our home has beautiful wide water views from every room and 2,300 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, open floor plan. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 10-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 6-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.

Some of the features included are the granite countertop kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double sinks granite top in each bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, Plug-N-Play spa (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock.

The house includes pool table, board games, cable, Wi-Fi Internet, and DVD player, one 50" TV in the family room and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are three leather sofas and recliners, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a pass through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. We have 6 bikes (with helmets), 6 beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.

You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

Perfect Marco Island home for family and friends!!

We absolutely loved the property. We all had such a great time. This house has it all. All your beach needs such as towels, toys & chairs. The bikes were such a nice bonus. We took rides to the beach and to the local ice cream shop. We spent many evenings enjoying the pool after long days at the beach. The boys loved fishing off the dock. My 4 year old caught plenty of catfish and snapper. Sunsets at the beach were amazing we saw so many pods of dolphins, definitely the highlight of the trip for my daughter.

The house was so well maintained and so clean. I don't think we have ever rented a beach house this clean. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. And very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing.

The booking process was a breeze. Norman was wonderful to deal work with. We are already planning our return next summer. Thank you Norman and Family for opening your property to us and for making this summer vacation the best one yet!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful experience at your house this past week! The house was everything we could ask for and more. It was perfect for our group, and we appreciated all the amenities. The house was extremely clean and the pool was perfect and well maintained. We spent many memorable evenings outside enjoying the grounds. We even went fishing off the dock and saw a dolphin swim in the nearby waters a few houses down the canal. The construction next door was not an issue. The views from every bedroom were so nice to wake up to. The rental agency was great as well. In fact, after a long morning of travel, it was a nice surprise to arrive to the island and find out the house was ready slightly earlier than anticipated. We were able to head right over and jump in the pool. We are already looking forward to returning and are working on finalizing a date for next summer. I am happy to see you have other properties as well. We would love to encourage more friends/family to travel with us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend one of your rentals!

Great home and location for all that Marco offers

We very much enjoyed your house last week, particularly the use of your bikes, the beach chairs, fishing poles, and it's convenient location to everything. The house absolutely provided for all of our needs.

we also rented paddle boards for the week from tony Wilson at tiger tail beach and he was very accommodating to us. The paddling through your canals and in the gulf was great. Also, my kids took me to the little bar restaurant in goodland and it was outstanding.

Great Spot!

Great location near the beach - easy walking distance to either of the public beach access points or if you prefer to drop off the kids and gear and walk back. The sunrise was great and having sun on the pool all day was a bonus. The pool is large and perfectly warmed yet quite refreshing for our kids (10 & 13) who enjoyed it daily. We loved the proximity to restaurants, mini-golf and Mackle Park.

The house is well furnished and quite spacious and has everything you might need for eating in and relaxing. The pier area is great for fishing or catching the last bit of afternoon sun and if you had a boat you could tie up as needed. They have a couple new poles and we all enjoyed dropping in a line or two.

The owner and agency both were very welcoming and truly wanted to make sure our stay was great. They were prompt with requests and had a great process for check-in and check-out making it very easy. I would recommend this house and Marco Island Vacation Properties to anyone looking to enjoy Marco Island.

We loved your place and had a terrific time! Thank you for renting to us. It was wonderful. It was so nice to have a pet friendly house that was so well maintained.

We loved the location and the pool was the best. The garage was nice and big for our truck and we loved having the bikes available. That was awesome! The patio and lanai were terrific for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely remodeled.

We thought your property was very spacious and comfortable. We are very seriously thinking of staying at your place again next year.
