Tranquility Blue’s is an interior designer finished 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo nestled on Simpson Bay Beach just a few feet away from the Caribbean Sea, with its modern decor there is no better place to enjoy your Caribbean getaway!

Tranquility Blue’s spacious interiors are over 1600ft2 and located on the ground floor, giving that feeling of 'in the sand living' that we all desire on a beach vacation. The reflections of many of the worlds largest and most stunning yachts sparkle just a few yards offshore at night.

Tranquility Blue features the largest ocean side deck on Simpson Bay Beach at about 1000ft2, it can be enjoyed day or night, for sipping cocktails while enjoying the rhythm of the Caribbean Sea or soaking up the sunny rays. This deck is private and for the use of our guests only. It is not for association use or renters of other units.

The 2 dining areas give you a great choice where to enjoy your meals. Our indoor 6 person dining table made of salvaged train track wood has been surrounded by great art work and topped with a colorful chandelier. On the ocean side an 8 person outdoor dining table with beach views and the sounds of the Caribbean Sea turning the white sand beach just steps away.

Our large kitchen is accented in a light ocean blue. The built-in European design hides the fridge and freezer but keeps the cook top and ovens visible. The kitchen also includes a wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, restaurant style blender and coffee maker. For those who’s preference is to grill, we offers a great outdoor built-in propane Barbeque which sits on its own island on the beachside deck.

We want you to feel at home and give you a great modern living room. It features a large 55” Samsung LED TV with Bose Surround Sound. There is a DVD Player, PlayStation 3 and US Satellite TV Service.

Tranquility Blue is one of the largest units in Coco’s Beach Club a small residential property along side the Princess Juliana Airport on Dutch St. Maarten's beautiful Simpson Bay Beach. The beach spans 1.5 miles long and is the ocean side of a small fishing village. This great community is filled with friendly local faces that are always happy to share a smile with a passing visitor. Just a short walk to 2 great beachside restaurants, one in Mary’s Boon Hotel the other the famous Karakter beach bar. A small convenience store is about 5 mins walk and a larger supermarket is about a 3 mins drive from Tranquility Blue. It is centrally located to all of the islands best restaurants and activities.

Why Cocos Beach Club 14 chose St Maarten / Saint Martin

Our luck to acquire this beautiful beachfront unit has given me a truly unique owners experience. This unit being one of the most sought after units on Simpson Bay Beach, had been completely rebuilt in 2012 by the previous owner. Installing the largest deck in Cocos Beach Club and being the only unit to feature a true modern finish with white porcelanto floors and a european designed kitchen.

We have taken our time now to rebuild this unit correcting all the issues we have found over the past 2 years of ownership. We are happy to refurnish it with all new furniture matching the construction and our modern design. One of our main focuses is on making the deck area your spot of choice to relax and enjoy the music of the ocean as it plays with the stunning white sand beach.

Amazing location and hosts.

Property was clean and secure with all the amenities you need. Joel was waiting at the condo when we arrived to show us around the condo. He also took us for a drive around the island so we could get our bearings. He provided us with options for groceries and restaurants. Theo (their son) lives close by and always checked on us to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything and if we did it was provided to us with in minutes. The condo is beautiful with the most amazing views. Beach was quite and clean. The location was in good proximity to everything but I would recommend renting a car as this is the best way to see the island. You will not be disappointed in this unit and it will be difficult to leave. Thanks to Joel and Theo for everything it was amazing.

Wonderful place and beautiful beach!

We had a great time with friends here and enjoyed the beautiful beach and lovely accommodations. Joel and Collins were very helpful and always available. A must see on the island, and the restaurant- bar next door was very convenient.

This property is absolutely stunning! Everything you would ever want or need is provided at this property. The condo is perfectly stocked and clean. Even an honor system for any spirits you might want! There is nothing better than this patio-- the view and your own private beach! Unbelievable and best vacation ever!

A simply breathtaking paradise...

Tranquility Blue (CoCos Beach Club 14) is absolutely amazing. From the time we arrived (delayed & very late at night) we were greeted by Joel. He helped us into the condo that he had already made light, bright and welcoming! He was a fountain of information and told us places to eat and visit while we were on the island. He went out of his was to make us feel welcome.

The condo is clean, bright and modern and so comfortable. It was more than easy to make it our home for the 9 days we spent there. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. The AC is awesome! Something you usually don't find at houses on the beach on an island! :) All the appliances are top of the line and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking/entertaining.

We loved the location of it and being able to watch the planes take off and land. They were never bothersome or too loud. CoCos Beach Club 14 on Simpson Bay Beach is a great place to be, as it is centrally located to so many great beaches all around the island. Not to mention some of the best restaurants/cafe's that we have ever eaten at.

It was our first trip to St. Maarten and definitely not our last. It was every thing we dreamed of and more! I wish I was still there... :)

Gorgeous must stay beach front property! It's without a doubt an incredible place to stay and easy to get in and out of. Gorgeous beach and wonderful hosts. The design, room space for both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, BBQ, lounge area, plus is all LUXURY. We will be returning in our next visit to the island. Thank you to our incredible hosts!
