Awesome Views of Mount Tallac!

This lovely Four Bedroom home with its' private boat dock is just minutes away from lake tahoe through the picturesque lagoons of Tahoe Keys a prestigious area of South Lake Tahoe. An outstanding view of Mt. Tallac provides a beautiful background for this home

It is located a short distance from all Summer and Winter activities, including the Stateline area with its' casinos and the other entertainment. The upper level living, ski themed home is highlighted by a recently remodeled kitchen including top line appliances. The living area provides ample seating for entertaining and dining, as well as access to a large deck. Amenities includes a large LED Television as well as other electronics including WIFI internet connection.

The master bedroom and bad are located on this level as well as a bedroom with twin beds. The lower level of the home has two bedrooms each with their own television. A full bath is shared by these bedrooms. The laundry area where the washer and dryer are located, provides easy access to the garage. We sure hope you enjoy this lovely vacation home.

when we first arrived the house was filthy. crumbs all over the floor, dog hair everywhere, counters were not wiped down, smudges all over the appliances, toilets filthy. we did call the property management to let them know and they sent someone over rather quickly.

for the amount that they charge for this property they should really fix a few things. light bulbs were burnt out, toilet seats are old and peeling, screen door has a huge hole in it. the decks are dangerous and very worn. lots of nails popping through. the boat dock was worn with loose boards and nails popping through as well. the walkway down to the dock was completely overgrown and we had to cut all the branches back to get through. there was dog poop on the lawn that had to be shoveled off so the kids could play with out stepping on it. if all of this was done the house could have been a lot better but it's pretty disappointing paying a premium price and not having things​ in a clean, functional order.

Owner's Response: We were very sorry to hear about the complaints about this property. The owners were the guests that stayed in the home prior to these guests arrival. They do a very thorough job of cleaning the entire house when they leave. They appreciated your comments on the other concerns about the decks and boat docks. They have had a handyman address these issues and they have performed a deep clean of the entire house personally so that these cleaning issues are not reported again.
