This is a 6 bedroom recreation property that will allow you and your guests their own privacy. Each room is designed as a suite, with its own full bathroom and large closet.
It also has plenty of common area in two separate livings rooms with 52-inch flat screen TV's. There is a loft area for children to play and sleep on the floor, or on one of the two futon couches.
A large family kitchen is fully stocked and there are two full-size refrigerators to accommodate large groups and family gatherings.
Have a drink and relax on the deck or patio while grilling on the BBQ, overlooking Bear Lake, and watching the kids play in the fully landscaped yard.
The location is about a block away from the beach but it does not have direct beach access. There is a jogging/biking trail just outside your front door that goes around the lake and your backyard is the beautiful Wasatch mountains.
This is a perfect location right in town, close to walking paths, shops, restaurants, and the famous Pickleville Playhouse and other recreational activities.
The Bear Lake Area has been called the 'Caribbean of the Rockies' because of its intense turquoise blue water.
The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or or ride ATV's on the many well-maintained trails. In the winter you can enjoy the"greatest snow on earth"as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski or snowshoe. And of course, you can always enjoy the small town shops, unique restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. Come spend your vacation at beautiful Bear Lake.

Our family loves traveling and going on new adventures. We got tired of trying to find properties to rent that would provide enough space (rooms) for multi-family adventures. We decided that our favorite place to spend time as a family could benefit from a property just like the one we always wished we could find in other areas of travel. We truly hope that you will have an incredible experience while staying in our home and look forward to including your family into our family of guests.

Between marvelling at how blue and beautiful the lake is or the gorgeous white sandy beaches, you may think you have travelled hours to a tropical location. We rented this house for an extended family reunion. There was plenty of room for all 29 of us. It is close to all the town highlights. We really enjoyed ourselves.
We were a large group of adults and kids and this home was perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen/family room was huge and great for family meals and gatherings. The huge deck and view were a bonus. We will definitely be return.
We hit all cylinders with this house when we rented it for our family reunion-bedroom and bath for each married couple, bunk beds for the kids, large living area, loft for pretend adventures, two refrigerators, washer & dryer, outside play area, good proximity to the running/biking path, walking distance to downtown, and even the moose who met us right on cue the first night we were there. Rob, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions. We will be back.
Thanks Rob for a fantastic "memory making" get away! The facility is beautiful and perfect for a large extended family with all ages. We appreciated your quick responses to our needs and house issues plus your friendly help regarding ATV trails.
This house was AMAZING! We had 6 couples and kids and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. It is so nice having bunkbeds in 5 of the 6 rooms so that kids had beds to sleep on rather than sleeping on the floor. The bar in the kitchen is so big it was perfect for feeding such a large group. The view from the deck eating dinner or breakfast was perfect. We have stayed in multiple homes in Garden City and our group decided we liked this one the best. We are ready to book our trip for next year! The A/C wasn't working when we got there, but the owners quickly had someone out to fix it, so that was great! The only downside to this home is the fact that the two upstairs rooms don't have vents for the A/C. For most of the summer this isn't an issue, and it definitely isn't the property managers fault, it was just a major oversight by the builder. With that said, it usually cools down at night so with windows open it shouldn't be a big deal. As far as suggestion goes, I would say maybe having some floor fans for those two rooms might be a good idea. Overall, we all absolutely loved this house and plan on renting from them again.
This home was perfect for our family! Each family had their own room with bathroom and the large open kitchen/living area was wonderful! The second refrigerator was a total must-have! The view was fantastic! We loved eating out on the deck because of the view! The bedrooms were surprisingly spacious - the bottom level rooms even had high ceilings! The loft is huge - it has 2 futons, and then still has so much room that you can sleep tons of kids on the floor! The master suite is on the main floor, 2 bedrooms on either side of the loft on the upper level, and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. Each level has its own thermostat. The location was close to everything. It's truly a fantastic house - but communication with the owner was not easy. We felt like we had to pull information out of her. And then during our stay, the WiFi didn't work for the 5 days we were there. The owner referred us to the internet company (who said it sounded like a router problem) but the owner never followed up to see if we ever got it working. Also, a previous guest had put parental locks on two of the t.v.'s (the ones in the common areas) so viewing selection was extremely limited and nothing was done to fix that either. The a/c and fan also went out on the lower level while we were there so the basement was quite stuffy and muggy until evening when we could open windows for air flow. All that being said, we'd probably stay there again now that we know what we're in for - but we'd probably check to make sure some things had been remedied first.
