About the property

Bedrooms 2, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 6

This beautiful two bedroom, 1 bathroom modern condo is located where Belltown meets the Seattle Center and is located in the shadow of Seattle's world famous Space Needle.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Nightlife, clubs, museums, restaurants and the arts are all just steps from your door in this modern two bedroom condo. Located in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood and one block away from the Seattle Center, you are in the heart of Seattle's urban core.

Enter into this tasteful and restful condo and see an interior you'll be proud to call home, even for a short stay. The living area has Karndean wood floors, and expansive windows, letting in Seattle's wonderful natural light. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and walnut cabinets, and is stocked with all the implements you'll need to cook comfortably. A full sized washer and dryer in the condo means you can pack light, and save those baggage fees for something more fun!

From the living room, step out onto your expansive patio area with the Space Needle to keep you company. Have a seat with your morning coffee, or enjoy an after dinner beverage in Seattle's pleasant, long lasting summer evenings. Book now for New Year's! This condo will have a front row seat for the fireworks!

This building features a 24 hour fitness center, an expansive roof top deck including a penthouse suite, so use-able all year round, and two Zip cars on site.

Convenient to all of the famous Seattle attractions, this condo makes a perfect base for tourists, business travelers, and corporate housing. CenturyLink Field and the Safe (Safeco Field) are about two miles away, the Pike Place Market is 3/4s of a mile to the south (and a comfortable, non-hilly walk or very quick bus or taxi ride), and all the Seattle Center has to offer is just a block or two away. The Washington State Convention Center is one mile away, and a quick bus ride or taxi away. Museums, shopping, nightlife and Seattle's fantastic restaurant scene surround this one of a kind vacation rental.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). We do provide fans for your comfort.

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

Pros: Great location, clean, safe neighborhood, all the amenities you would need, great recommendations in the guide book, the work out facility was a huge plus.

Cons: Only a few and nothing seemed like maybe someone didn't check the place out before we checked in. Some of the lights weren't working, mainly the track lighting in the kitchen, we reset the fuse and it was fixed. Both cable boxes were tucked up behind the TV's so we had quite the time trying to change the channels until we realized the boxes were totally hidden. Also not very much hot water, like at all. I understand It's a large building trying to heat several condos in the building I'm just stating.

All in all this was a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly!

Fantastic city location, close to Seattle Center

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying in this apartment. The living space/kitchen is fairly small but it's manageable. We stayed there with a family of 5 for 2 nights and could have stayed a few more days before feeling too cramped. There's lots of storage space so it's easy to get your bags away and make room. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is new and modern. The apartment also has a large balcony which was a fun perk. And the deck on the top of the apartment building is amazing. Stunning views, day and night. The only draw back was the lack of good directions to locate the entrance to the apartment building. Driving by it was hard to spot and then we had to park a while away and walk back and find it, before getting the garage access. It would have helped to have better details on that.

Great location to explore downtown Seattle with modern amenities.

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time here. The host had excellent communication and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The only reason we didn't give this place 5 stars is one of the two mornings we stayed the shower never got above luke warm which wasn't a great start to a cold winters day. It was fine the other morning though and the views from the top of the building are superb! We'd love to come back in summer to use the grills on the roof.

Wonderful location and amenities, close to all the great places to visit, felt like home!

  • 5 of 5

This location is amazing! It is located a couple blocks away from the space needle, chihuly gardens, EMP museum, etc. it is also close to pikes place market because it is situated in between the two locations. Walking around to all the locations was not an issue as most places were within 1 miles of this location. The rental is very well kept and modern. Location is amazing, we wish we had more time to enjoy this rental. The balcony faces the space needle for some good morning coffee of late night drinks. Our room had a view of the space needle from the window too. The kitchen is properly stocked with the necessary items to cook if you're in the mood. All items and instructions were very easy to do follow. It's like staying in a hotel with more amenities: TV, cable, internet, washer dryer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher. Definitely worth the price if you're ever staying in Seattle!

Well-Operated Apartment in the Heart of It All

  • 4 of 5

We have been to other VRBO's, and this one was well thought out. The balcony is lovely above the street, a little cool at the time of our visit to use, but we still found ourselves having our morning coffee out on the balcony. We were there over the 4th of July, so we took advantage of the roof top deck - and the fireworks were amazing. Again, a little chilly - but no fault of the where we staying! (Unless we chose a completely different city!)

The small things counted - the coffee maker (with coffee grounds), bottled water, laundry in the unit, etc.

The bedrooms were a little small, but workable.

Overall, a fine place to stay.
