This building features a 24 hour fitness center, an expansive roof top deck including a penthouse suite, so use-able all year round, and two Zip cars on site.
Convenient to all of the famous Seattle attractions, this condo makes a perfect base for tourists, business travelers, and corporate housing. CenturyLink Field and the Safe (Safeco Field) are about two miles away, the Pike Place Market is 3/4s of a mile to the south (and a comfortable, non-hilly walk or very quick bus or taxi ride), and all the Seattle Center has to offer is just a block or two away. The Washington State Convention Center is one mile away, and a quick bus ride or taxi away. Museums, shopping, nightlife and Seattle's fantastic restaurant scene surround this one of a kind vacation rental.
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). We do provide fans for your comfort.
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

My son and I visited this property in Belltown and we were blown away by how perfect the site was. From the close-up view of the Space Needle from the living room, bedroom, and patio, to the stunning rooftop lounge, patio, and views. It was breath taking! Sometimes the pictures do not truly represent the property but in this case, the pictures almost did not do it justice. It is centrally located to easily catch bus lines in all directions, had great eating spots nearby, and was close enough to walk down to the water front. My son loves taking pictures so we caught the rooftop sunrise one day and the rooftop sunset the next. The bathroom was roomy and included a washer and dryer. All the individuals we had contact with from booking to arrival instructions were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property.
We traveled with a 10 and 2 year old, and the accommodations of the unit were perfect for us. There was plenty of space, tons of storage, and we took full advantage of the kitchen and washer/dryer. Thanks!
Stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple. Great location and great views! Walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space needle, and other attractions.
We really had a lovely time here. It was quiet. It's in a great location, one of the only balconies in the building but the shower was consistently cool. It was hot only one morning of our stay and lukewarm or less the other days we were here. It was hit or miss and frustrating, especially for my two small children.
Pros: Great location, clean, safe neighborhood, all the amenities you would need, great recommendations in the guide book, the work out facility was a huge plus.
Cons: Only a few and nothing major..it seemed like maybe someone didn't check the place out before we checked in. Some of the lights weren't working, mainly the track lighting in the kitchen, we reset the fuse and it was fixed. Both cable boxes were tucked up behind the TV's so we had quite the time trying to change the channels until we realized the boxes were totally hidden. Also not very much hot water, like at all. I understand It's a large building trying to heat several condos in the building I'm just stating.
All in all this was a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly!
We loved staying in this apartment. The living space/kitchen is fairly small but it's manageable. We stayed there with a family of 5 for 2 nights and could have stayed a few more days before feeling too cramped. There's lots of storage space so it's easy to get your bags away and make room. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is new and modern. The apartment also has a large balcony which was a fun perk. And the deck on the top of the apartment building is amazing. Stunning views, day and night. The only draw back was the lack of good directions to locate the entrance to the apartment building. Driving by it was hard to spot and then we had to park a while away and walk back and find it, before getting the garage access. It would have helped to have better details on that.
