Convenient to all of the famous Seattle attractions, this condo makes a perfect base for tourists, business travelers, and corporate housing. CenturyLink Field and the Safe (Safeco Field) are about two miles away, the Pike Place Market is 3/4s of a mile to the south (and a comfortable, non-hilly walk or very quick bus or taxi ride), and all the Seattle Center has to offer is just a block or two away. The Washington State Convention Center is one mile away, and a quick bus ride or taxi away. Museums, shopping, nightlife and Seattle's fantastic restaurant scene surround this one of a kind vacation rental.
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). We do provide fans for your comfort.
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
Our family, including three kids (14, 12, 10) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and we couldn't have been happier. The rooftop patio, alone, is worth the stay. You will be hard-pressed to find better views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, and especially the Space Needle from the publicly shared rooftop. The apartment itself is clean and well-appointed. It has its own terrace, which was a nice feature.
To those who complain about the noise: (1) compared to anywhere in NYC, this was completely peaceful; and (2) save yourself some heartache and don't vacation in one of the nation's largest cities if you really dislike city noise.
The Seattle Center is within walking distance, with several nice restaurants nearby as well. My kids loved this place, I loved this place, my wife loved this place. We hope to return soon.
Did an 11 day road trip to Seattle with my two grandchildren. We drove to the condo, parked the car in the very secure underground, and then walked everywhere. Excellent downtown location, so easy to walk to everything we wanted to see, and only three blocks from the Space Needle. A very new building, very well maintained, and a very pleasant maintenance man when he came to change the light fixtures. Very quick responses from the property management, always willing to help in any way needed, including their own online site for all amenities. Very friendly tenants and their dogs, always greeting with a smile or a wag. A very safe place to stay with children. The condo is very well kept with all the kitchen gadgets you need. The only downside was really no where for the kids to play around in the building at night. It is a very small unit so presented a bit cramped when the grandkids wanted to play, so we watched movies and played board games. We went to the gym to do some tumbling or play catch, but with adults using the equipment, we did not want to interrupt them so we did not stay. Overall, a great place to stay. We stayed for six days and it felt like home away from home.
The property is in the middle of everything that we wanted to do so we had a fantastic time. It was extremely hot and there was no air conditioner, so we had some trouble sleeping. Overall though the place was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location! Many of the popular attractions are within walking distance. The condo is new and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. This unit has one of the few private balconies in the building and the weather was nice enough during our stay to enjoy morning coffee and lunches outside with a close up view of the Space Needle. The rooftop common area is wonderful! Panoramic views of the entire area. We barbecued our last two dinners there because we enjoyed it so much. The gas grills aren't in the best of shape, but they did the job. The beds were very comfortable, but they do take up almost the whole bedroom with just enough room to walk around the beds. We used the fitness center several times. Nice new machines. Only saw one other person in there. While their online booking system worked fine with quick confirmation emails, they did poorly in responding to further questions by email. I recommend calling if you have follow-up questions. All-in-all one of the best vacation rentals that we've ever stayed at. We'd definitely stay here again!
Excellent location. Very clean unit (only complaint is the moldy shower curtain liner). We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities and contents of the unit were everything we needed and more.
My visit to Seattle in July 2014 was a wonderful experience. The rental condo was as described with a great view of the Space Needle out of each of the bedroom windows. An added bonus was our own private balcony where we ate breakfast each morning. The rooftop terrace gave an even better view of the harbor and surrounding areas. We were within walking distance (3 blocks) from the Space Needle, Chihuly Museum, and other attractions. The neighborhood also had nice restaurants and stores where we could pick up food to prepare in the condo.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
