We clean for each and every guest! Your apartment is cleaned and the beds are made on the eve of your arrival - no matter when the last guest left the flat. Cleaning service: we gladly organize for your apartment to be cleaned also during your stay (subject to charge).

Our apartments are generously equipped according to their size, offer a maximum of stowage and are free from others’ belongings. For hygiene reasons, unsealed toiletries and durable foodstuffs left behind by former guests are all disposed of. Similarly, we do not provide basic edibles.

Instead, we would like to offer our groceries service to you and buy your desired foods, drinks and toiletries shortly prior to your arrival. Furthermore, we can stock your favorite sorts of capsules for the nespresso machine. Details can be discussed upon your enquiry.

Every sleeping-place offers generous mattress width. Beds and sofa beds are of minimum 90 cm per person, chair-beds minimum 80 cm. Mattresses are made of high-quality cold-foam and feature pocket spring core systems, are antibacterial and antiallergic and covered with clean mattress covers before your arrival. Coverings of all sleeping-places are removable and/or hygienically cleanable and are accordingly serviced.

Blankets and pillows are hotel-quality and size and are machine-washable at 60°c. Linen are also hotel-quality, from damask and washable at 90°c. We solely wash, clean and iron at a dry-cleaner’s, which complies to respective standard procedures of hygiene.

On request, we happily organize your airport transfer, reserve tickets for events and provide a laser printer with sufficient paper stock for your business issues.

Beautiful apartment in great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Oliver's fabulous apartment! After traveling for awhile in Europe we found his apartment to be super roomy and very well appointed. And what a host! Oliver went out of his way to accommodate our every wish and provided us great info on the city and assistance with all our activities. As a travel agent I will recommend this apartment to all my clients wishing to have a lovely stay in Vienna. This is a must do!

Perfekte Wohnung an guter Lage

Der Kontakt bei unserer kurzfristigen Buchung war sehr nett, speditiv und problemlos. Bei der Anreise wurden wir von unserem zuvorkommeneden Gastgeber bei der Wohnung (wie auf den Fotos) erwartet. Er zeigte uns die schöne, funktionelle und sehr saubere Wohnung, erklärte kurz das Wichtigste und was wir sonst noch wissen wollten und gab gute Tipps.

Die Wohnung liegt trotz zentraler Lage erstaunlich ruhig (U-Bahn 2 / Strassenbahn 2 ca. 300m oder rund 10 Min zu Fuss zum Zentrum.. Dank guten Betten schliefen wir sehr gut, ein leckeres und günstiges Frühstück gibts in versch. Strassencafe's am Karamelitermarkt in 5 Min. Gehdistanz. Das Restaurant Lopik&Lohn nebenan ist zu empfehlen (entweder früh gehen oder reservieren!) und wenn man sich wirklich einmal was ganz Spezielles gönnen will: ein zwar teueres Frühstücksbuffet im le Loft im 18. Stock des Sofitel Hotel am Donaukanal ist Genuss und Attraktion auf höchstem Niveau. Mein Tipp dazu: am Vorabend hinauf gehen und persönlich reservieren, einen Drink/Kaffee an der Bar trinken, so hat man die wunderbare Aussicht gleich noch bei Nacht.

Was wir an unserer Wohnung auch sehr schätzten war der Balkon in den Hinterhof mit Morgensonne für den ersten Kaffee (Kaffeekapseln können bei der Buchung vorbestellt werden!). Auch die Übergabe bei Abreise gestaltete sich problemlos - einfach Schlüssel auf den Küchentisch legen und gehen! Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert und gerne wieder! DANKE!!
