Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community in downtown old Key West. The Boli Townhouse is a two bedroom (a king bed in each bedroom), two full bath unit with the master suite on the second floor. The leather sleeper sofa also converts to a queen bed. There is a breakfast room, complete kitchen, guest bedroom, bath and large L shaped living room on the ground floor. The master suite on the second floor has a sitting area, flat screen TV, DVD player and a complete bath. The furnishings are DELUXE; this is not your ordinary rental condo (free WiFi, three flat screen TV's, CD player, radio, IPod hook up, DVD players with movie library & washer/dryer). Oriental carpets and a great variety of artwork add to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor deck has a dining table for six, hammock, gas grill and a lounge chair for sunning. Boli's pool, is a one minute walk from the front porch, only a splash away!

I am retired and 'living the dream'. My wife and I live in Key West and are quite active. I am a retired Charter Sailboat Captain in Key West, a USCG Captain for NOAA, volunteer at the Eco-Discovery Center, the Tropic Independent Cinema, and the Key West Art and History Society. I have been a property manager for my Key West rental units since 1993. My wife is the personal assistant for one of our most famous Key West authors and is a ballet dancer. Do come visit us.

The location of the townhouse is perfect. We could walk to so many attractions that KW had to offer. The lovely area of the Truman Annex is next to a new splash park in the event anyone is traveling with little ones and a literal minute to the hidden jewel, Fort Zachary Taylor's beach, which offers not only soft sand (although we did use watershoes to step over the small amount of coral in reaching the sandy bottom) but also picnic tables, grills and SHADE under the palms which is a necessity in July. Also offers a snack shack....an adventure to explore the fort...and an awesome sunset. John's townhouse is immaculate and well furnished and equipped. John was so helpful in all respects with his recommendations and info. Beds are wonderfully comfortable, The parking for the townhouse is uber close and convenient and the pool is a hop, skip and jump away. The kitchen, however, is quite small and kitchen cabinets are quite high to the ceiling for those of us who may be vertically challenged. Wonderful excuse for sampling of the gastronomic adventure of the KW restaurants although we did have breakfast and lunch most days at the TownHouse. There is a lovely outside patio with grille complete with hammock under the palms. I can only reiterate that we had an absolutely wonderful time at Key West and thanks to John and the Boli Townhouse would highly recommend staying there to anyone. Incidentally we have used HomeAway several times now and must say that thus far we have not been disappointed.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 3. Excellent location in the heart of Key West. Very quiet and comfortable at night for much needed rest after full days of activities. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the quality of kitchen appliances and utensils. No complaints at all.
Relaxation in Key West
The Townhouse was great, just as advertised. The location is great, situated right between Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and Duval Street, 10 minute walk to either location. We did rent bikes the last 2 days which made the trips even easier. Spent most of the stay at the beach but we did go on a half day fishing trip. I highly recommend staying here when you go down to Key West.

This place is a gem! Everything you need. The house is clean and well stocked. The location is perfect to stay in a quiet location within walking distance to all the action and with a parking spot all your own! Looking forward to returning.

Condo was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. Cookware, dishes, beach towels, and a cooler are provided. Plenty of room for 4 adults. It was a great home away from home!

Clean and spacious. Nice walk in shower. Nice comfortable, big double bed. Lovely feel to the house. Parking included easy to get to.
Lots of small personal touches as well (eg toiletries included) and everything thought of which all help to make a great stay.
We travelled as a couple with our 17 year old son.

Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, the heart of Old Town Key West. Boli is only 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks to Duval Street and all downtown activities. One can walk or bike to everything and not need a car.
Key West is 90 miles from Havana and 155 miles from Miami Airport. Key West is the southernmost city in the USA. The Old Town is almost 200 years old and retains the classic historic seaport atmosphere. Our beautiful island town is 2 x 4 miles and is surrounded by clear waters and sandy beaches. The many leisure activities, great restaurants, live music venues, museums, art galleries and water activities make any visit a wonderful experience.
$1800 - $2800 per week Holiday & Special Event Rates Higher Rates are for up to 4 people. For 5 or 6 people, $350 per week, per person for the additional guests. Rental Policy John Bollinger OCCUPANCY: Rental rates quoted are based on two couples or four people using the two bedrooms. Use of the sleeper sofa or for five/six people in unit, will incur an additional charge. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children must be, at least, 5 years old. DEPOSIT: Weekly rentals require a $500 deposit to confirm the reservation. Also a security / damage deposit will be credit card reserved, but will not be billed if no damage has occurred and the unit is left in a reasonably clean condition. This is a non smoking condo and this must be respected or there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 assessed no exceptions. Personal items left may, upon request, be returned for a handling fee. SALES TAX: Rates subject to 7.5% state and 5% local sales taxes, total of 12.5% tax. TAXES AND PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. TERMS: Total rent & tax to be received 60 days prior to arrival. A check is preferred. REFUND POLICY: There is a 50% service charge on the deposit if cancellation is prior to 90 days of arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 90 days of arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. If canceled within 30 days of arrival or after arriving, there is no refund.
