Located just two blocks from Main Street and within 200 yards of the Quicksilverchairlift on Columbine Road, this delightful two bedroom is an affordable choice among Breckenridge accommodations. This condo has great flexible bedding with both a Queen and Twin Bunk Bed in the 2nd Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a nice gas fireplace as well. The third floor location offers nice mountain views from the deck equipped with your own gas grill. The building is furnished with a heated garage and an elevator. Indoor/outdoor hot tubs and pool access are just steps away at the Columbine pool & hot tub area.

March 2018 Stay
Good location and clean with plenty of linens and towels for our group of 4. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom and bathroom remodel is terrific. Guest bathroom a little small for a unit that sleeps 8. Very close to town and quicksilver lift. There is a convenient, locked, storage locker for equipment across the hall from the unit. A big negative for me is that there is NO washer and dryer in the unit. It is across the hall and coin operated. This should be reflected in information on the unit, or maybe I just didn't see it.
We arrived very, very late. Great Western was extremely helpful with our late arrival with specific instructions to get into the unit. They made check in as smooth as possible.
Good location and clean.
Good location. Easy walk to lift and rental location. Master bedroom and bath are great! All beds were comfortable. The living room fireplace was wonderful. Unit was clean upon arrival and had plenty of towels and linens for our group of 4. Easy access to get in and out of the building and unit using access codes. Guest bathroom is a little small considering the unit sleeps 8. A few negatives: There is NO washer and dryer in the unit. It is across the hall and coin operated. This should be reflected in the information, or maybe I just didn't see it. We had a hard time adjusting the heat, simple directions would have been appreciated. It is a pain to get out of the parking garage, you have to pull a string attached to the guide rails for the garage door.
If you want convenience to the quicksilver lift, rentals, and town. This is a terrific location. Also close to bus stop if you are not using the quicksilver lift. Nice, locked storage closet across the hall for equipment.

We had the best time in Breckenridge! Everything about this condo was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids...the size, location, amenities, and price! Check-in was very convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a very nice place
It was very nice short walk to quicksilver and downtown. A great location and the condo was very nice.
Hot Tub only open from 4-8pm and a little walk on an icy walk way.
Great place. Clean & comfortable.
Checkin was easy. Condo was ready when promised. It was clean and in good shape. Price was good for the quality.
