Bear Lodge is located in one of the most convenient locations in Whistler Village right on Main Street. You’ll immediately be immersed in the village as you walk out your front steps of the lobby surrounded by shops & restaurants. A convenient location to access the lifts via the pedestrians stroll within the village. 301 is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located on the 3rd floor with excellent mountain views. The kitchen is newly refurbished with a large granite counter topped island seating 4. The open living space hosts a pull out queen sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and the guest bedroom consists of Bunk beds with a double on the bottom & twin on top. In addition to the unit, guests will also have access to a fitness room as well as the indoor hot tub which is open year round for your convenience, perfect after a day on the mountain. Hot tub located in neighbouring building Eagle Lodge. This property has the benefit of facing away from the busy village stroll and in turn having an amazing mountain view. The parking, if you choose to bring up a vehicle is secure and located in an underground parkade directly below the building 15/day, along with visitor stalls on a first come first serve basis.

I have just returned from a great family get a way to Whistler. We stayed right in the Village at Bear Lodge. Specifically unit 301. This condo is so lovely. Spacious and comfortable plan. The kitchen is very nice with huge island and well equipped supplies. We loved the deck, which has a beautiful Blackcomb mountain view. The TV's were all high end. Even found some DVD's for my kids to watch the one day it rained. The furniture is very comfortable and the rustic decor gives this a great feeling. My kids loved the double bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. The condo in general was true to the pictures, very comfortable, clean and a great choice. We found the location to also be ideal, steps from everything- but located on the quiet side of the building with a great view. All in all top rating in my opinion. We will certainly be back

Awesome Condo

Bear Lodge Unit 301 was awesome. First - location, location, location. Bear Lodge is directly on the Village Stroll, just over the foot bridge north of the main village. It was such an easy to walk to all parts of the village, north and main, from this location. Unit 301 is on the side of the lodge that faces Blackcomb Mountain, not on the Village Stroll side - as a result, it was very quiet in the unit (no noise form the Village Stroll side if there was any), and you get views of the Blackcomb Mountain and its slopes. Awesome to have that view on clear days and to see it obscured by clouds as snow rolled in.

The Unit itself was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to make food in the unit. It was very clean, with cable TV, a nice gas fireplace and comfortable couch and chair. This far beats a hotel room.

The lodge has an elevator and is a shot walk from the check-in location in Deer Lodge. Very convenient. The unit temperature was very comfortable and easily regulated by the HVAC system and/or the gas fireplace. I highly recommend this place.

Bear 301

The condominium was perfect for the four of us. It was a little small, but the location was perfect, able to easily walk to the lifts and the village. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

A bit disappointed

At first sight the unit was lovely and clean. Very warm and cosy and has everything that we needed and even more. BUT, when it came to the bedding and towels, we got a shock. It was dirty, had some stains of blood and some was green and moldy. On the other hand management handled the situation really well, apologised and rectified the problem immediately.

Nice locations nc space for family of 5

This condo is centrally located in the village. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony & playing games around the ottoman. The in unit laundry was nice to have, especially for drying wet ski gear after spending the day on the mountain.

I wish the previous renters had done a better job cleaning the dishes. Several pots, plates, mugs and silverware pieces were put away dirty. The condo was very warm and it didn't matter how we adjusted the thermostats it stayed warm. We kept windows & doors open and ran fans during our stay to be comfortable. We also had issues with our key cards deactivating. We swapped out several during our stay. The staff was very helpful & friendly. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we return to Whistler.

Great Village Location and perfect condo

WE visited Whistler with my family of 5 early July of 2015. We were quite happy with our choice of accommodations. We found the condo very clean and inviting. The warm decor, mixed with modern furnishing, and comfortable beds were all much appreciated. We really felt like we were on a special holiday. The view from the deck is lovely and the condo faces the quieter side ( full mountain view). Check in went smoothly and the property manager was helpful through the entire process. We hope to return this ski season.

The apartment was centrally located right in the heart of the Village next to all the shops and restaurants. Clean, cozy and warm vibes all around. We will defiantly be coming back !!!!
