Very clean and modern, open, bright & comfortable - free wifi and free parking

Recently newly renovated and furnished this apartment on Venice beach is in the middle of all the fun that Venice beach and LA have to offer but still in a very secure, quiet and super convenient location. I have another apartment down the street - please read the review - listing number is 3906763.

The apartment has 2 large bed rooms and a pull out sofa in the living area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all appliances you might need and is full equipped. The bath room has a shower tub.

There is a balcony and a washer/dryer on site. The apartment comes with 2 parking spots directly on the premises. There is also an outside shower for the quick rinse after a day at the beach.

Great restaurants, bars and entertainment are 1 block away at Venice Pier. You will find anything from fine dinning to family style restaurants, Starbucks coffee and local hangouts. Venice Pier is know for attracting the local surfers and there is always entertainment. Muscle Beach is a short 10 minute walk. There are also many bike and beach equipment rentals right on the beach and walking distance. Take your bike or roller blades for lunch to Santa Monica. Take a break in the many cafes or beer gardens on the way and watch the crowd. When you had enough you will find that the apartment is a welcoming oasis tucked away just enough to be quiet, safe and very comfortable.

Having the experience from another successful vacation rental down the street for 5 years now this location is perfect. It is smack in the center of it all but very safe and quiet at the same time.

It is clean, modern and not cluttered. The furnishings have a simple, contemporary feel. There is lots of light and air.

What makes this apartment unique

What I - and my husband - loved about the apartment from the first showing was the great layout of the large bedrooms and the spacious living area with the open kitchen, dinning and direct access to the balcony.It's perfect for a gathering with family or friends, having dinner, watch a movie or simply relax and hang out after a busy day of having fun in the neighborhood.

Close to the beach and quiet

Great location just one block from the beach and coffee, food etc. Not on a major street, so very quiet. Friendly downstairs neighbor. Clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment close to the beach

The apartment is bright, clean, spacious and in a very quiet location yet just steps away from the scene at the end of Washington Blvd and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again.

It's truly unveatable location!

We have stayed for three days, but it was a great short vacation for us! The apartment is located in the centre of everything in the Venice Beach, but it's quiet! We bought some very delicious food in the local Whole Foods, which has an amasing variety of healthy and tasty food! The owner, Maria, was nice, supportive and kind! Thanks a lot!

great location, nice 3 day stay xmas 2015

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days between xmas and NY Dec 2015. The two bedrooms were great, and the couch was a comfy bed according to our 14yr old. The unit was nice and bright, and our only complaint (about the forced air heat) was resolved quickly and expertly by the manager. Note there is only one bathroom, which was OK for our group of 5 but might be an issue for others. We walked to the beach daily, it's only a block away, and had a few good meals within 2 blocks of the house, not to mention the great cows-end coffee shop around the corner. Good location and good price - happy we rented here.

Location was percfect!!!

After doing much research for a beach house and some procrastination to book something early we came across this gem! At first I was a bit disappointed because it was not directly on the beach but for the price I figure it would do.

My expectations were blown away! As soon as we showed up we felt right at home. The apartment is very modern, cozy and well kept. Even though we went right in the middle of summer the apartment was cool and there were big fans in every room. I was traveling with my husband, parents, two sisters and a small little chiwinnie dog so comfort and safety is a major factor when selecting a place. We were definitely not let down. There was no noise during our whole stay. Just like noted on the website, it is very quiet and secluded.

We stayed for five days and four nights. Our itinerary consisted of Medieval Nights, China Town, The Fashion District, Universal Studios, Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica and of course Venice beach.

What we were most impressed with was the proximity of the beach. Even though it is not right on the beach you cannot beat the location. It is literally a minute away. Perfect to carry all your beach gear and run back in case you forget something. Best part... Not having to worry about parking somewhere!!!

Overall we had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who asks!

Well maintained apartment in great location

We were very satisfied with the upstairs 2-bedroom apartment. No surprises! It was in a great location close to Venice Pier and Beach, with great access to local restaurants and attractions all as advertised. Private parking spot was fabulous. Marcus was very helpful answering our questions in advance of the booking as well as afterwards. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

This apartment is in the perfect location for people that want to be in the middle of it all but enjoy a quiet home away from home. It's a couple of hundred feet of Venice Beach and Venice pier, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, all sorts of beach activities and of course LA's #1 tourist attraction: the Venice boardwalk.

If you have business in town the 90 freeway is 5 minutes away and connects directly with the 405. Santa Monica with Main St., Santa Monica Place shopping and 3rd st promenade shopping is 5 minutes away by car. Abbot Kinney Blvd - the new hot spot for cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping in Venice is right around the corner. All major museums and concert halls like Disney or the Getty are easily reachable. There is so much to do for all kind of tastes it's too much to list.
