Enjoy your vacation anytime in this comfortable condominium with great amenities. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has a two twin lofted beds and a queen size bed with attached bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and our living area is extremely comfortable with south-facing windows and a gas fireplace. Full-size washer and dryer are also inside the condo.
Our wonderfully maintained complex includes a hot tub area with two hot tubs. There is an elevator to plenty of underground parking that is heated, dry, and convenient for loading and unloading.
Take advantage of the lively nightlife on Main street with many exceptionally rated restaurants, bars, shopping, and other attractions. After a great day on the slopes, you can hit the town or snuggle in by the fire with a home cooked meal.
We must admit, we think summers in Park City are just as remarkable. During the blue sky summer season, you can walk three blocks to Cole Sports to rent bikes and hit one of the many trails for great outdoor adventure. Or, walk 100 yards to PCMR where you can enjoy the summer festivities that include zip lines, an alpine slide, and an alpine coaster. The public library is just one block, and it's two and a half short blocks to a beautiful city park for skate park, playgrounds, volleyball, baseball field, and picnic areas. Summers in Park City are filled with festivals, music, and other outdoor events. It shouldn't be missed.
This is one of the best deals in Park City. Do not miss out, book now! It is a great place for families with kids who want to avoid the hassle of driving to and from the resort. Once you are here you don’t need to get in the car again until you go home, because you can easily walk to the resort!
Note: This is a non-smoking complex.
Kate is from California, David from New York, now living in California after moving from Michigan, but yearning to be in Utah full time.
We both love outdoor adventures whether it is boarding, skiing, tubing, or snowshoeing in the winter. In the summer, Kate is an avid biker, and the family loves anything outdoors with boating and water-skiing at the top of the list.
Regardless of the time of year, good food and craft cocktails are part of the mix. The dining in Park City can't be beaten. Our goal is to one day be able to be here full time.
David and Kate purchased this condo in 2013
We came for the snow
We believe travel broadens the mind and gives each of us a different perspective on life. But when we came to Park City, we knew we found something special.
And wanted to stay because of the summers
Summers in Park City are full of outdoor adventures - biking, hiking, rafting and zip lining through the trees.
We have been coming to Park City for over 10 years and finally decided to get a little more serious by buying the perfect condo just steps away from park city mountain resort. The location was important to us. We love being able to stroll downtown, but also wanted to be very close to the resort. We were able to find the best of both worlds in this location.
It was all about location for us. Steps to one of the best resorts Utah has to offer and a quick stroll downtown to catch the amazing restaurant scene. David has his degree in film, so being walking distance to 3 of the Sundance film locations has its perks too.
Our unit is comfortable and cozy with excellent southern exposure streaming through the corner window. We liked the fact that there is an open floor plan that provides just the right amount of space. Two hot tubs within the complex provide a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.
The condo was clean and spacious for our group of 4. The heated parking garage and proximity to Main Street activity, combined with ability to walk to slopes at park city base makes this a great choice for a stay in the area. The owners were very helpful and hassle free throughout the whole booking process.
Our Australian family of five spent 11 nights at the Silver Cliff condo for a ski vacation in January 2017. The condo is generously sized and very accommodating. The owners, David and Kate, have thought of everything. The lounge and bedroom furniture is all new and comfortable, and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for those cold, tired nights when you'd prefer to stay in and cook rather than venture out to one of the very good PC restaurants (we especially liked Squatters and Fuego). David was always very responsive over email and informative about things to do/restaurants etc. He even made arrangements for his management office to take delivery of a parcel for us and hold it until we arrived in PC.
Despite some initial misgivings when booking, the 2nd bedroom worked well for our 3 teenagers, who were all very happy with the fast wifi, cable TV and the hot tub 10 meters from the front door. Whilst you don't need a car in PC due to the excellent free bus service, we had been on a road trip and having the underground parking was wonderful on those days when 12+ inches of snow had fallen, the temps were in the single digits (Fahrenheit) and cars on the street were having to be dug out.
The photos on the website are very accurate and give a good indication of the warmth and style of the place. What they don't convey is the ideal location, with the base of the PCMR lifts a mere 300m walk. Arriving back at the end of a tiring ski day, it was great to have the tiled entrance way and the drying room for ski gear. The boot warmers/driers were also very effective. Locally, there are two large supermarkets, a 7-11, Starbucks, a State Liquor Store (only place to get a bottle of wine - closed Sundays and holidays), local restaurants and Main St all within one mile. The bus stop is 2 mins walk from the front door, but we loved walking in the falling snow and walked to dinner at Squatters a couple of times.
We have stayed in a wide range of ski accommodation in Australia, Japan and the US, and Silver Creek was our favourite. We have no hesitation in recommending it to others and would stay there again in a heart beat if we returned to PC. Thanks David and Kate for making it such a special place.
The condo at Silver Cliff is a great jumping off point for a week's worth of skiing at Park City. Our family had a great time staying at the condo during Christmas and the condo provided us with a home away from home. Our family enjoys cooking meals while away and the condo had everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect--half a block away from the Park City base and the free shuttle buses to Canyons base and Park City downtown. The owners, Dave and Kate, were very helpful to us when looking for recommendations and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. They clearly want to provide a family-focused experience with all of the games, movies and books provided. We would highly recommend staying here and if we ever have a chance to come back, we will pick this condo again and again.
This was not your usual vacation trip to Park City. I got a call on 10/18 from my son informing me that his ACL surgery was scheduled for 10/20 because the surgeon had a cancellation. He asked me to come out and help. I live in NH. After scrambling to get flights from Manchester to Salt Lake, line up a rental car and look into hotels, my wife and I decided that finding a 2 bedroom rental with kitchen would be easier on everyone as my son was between apartments and his living situation was somewhat unstable. We started looking at a rental site where I found two good options. I spent some time setting up an account only to be locked out because it didn't "recognize" my method of payment; twice. While I was getting angry, my wife started searching VRBO. She found Silver Cliff and sent David an email. She then signed up on VRBO and started the account process. Before she finished (she called someone at VRBO to ask some questions) David called the house to assure us it was available and fill us in on the property. We received several emails with instructions and directions with contact info and best wishes for Nate. My flight was delayed and I spent the night in Chicago but arrived in PC just in time to thank the surgeon. When we arrived at the condo, it was perfect for the immediate needs of two guys who just needed to hang out and chill for a couple of days. I was able to cook and clean and be a nurse. My wife flew out on Sunday and took over for the rest of the week. We are both very happy with David and Kate. I wish I had something great to say about the skiing or mountain biking for this trip but for our purposes the easy access, elevator from the garage and having everything we needed right at hand was a blessing. Thanks David and Kate
We cannot say enough good things about this condo and its location. Owner gave us great directions and info about the condo, area and restaurants/grocery/attractions, etc. Easy access and the place has underground parking which is so convenient.
The place was super clean, decorated well and had everything we needed - exactly as described/pictured.
We were there over Labor Day and there was so much going on in the area. This location of this condo is so wonderful to access all going on - Olympic Park, Main St Park City, Park City Mtn, etc. We biked and walked a lot of places.
The Owners of this condo are on top of their game - highly recommended!
We stayed a total of two weeks in the condo. It is beautifully appointed and afforded us everything we needed for a quiet stay in Park City. Convenient to the Main Street and other attractions and close to Midway an Heber, we were able to get everything we wanted out of our stay there. The only small downside was that the carpet was very dirty in one spot and the back patio took quite a bit of cleaning in order for us to feel comfortable sitting outside. Minor details which I am sure the owners will be grateful for us mentioning in order that other guests are not greeted with a couple of negatives in what was a 90% total positive experience.
Located just steps to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a short walk to downtown park city with shopping and so many different dining options, it is hard to choose. There is also easy easy access to the free shuttle bus which can take you grocery shopping or to the cinema. Outlets and Redstone shopping are easy to get to. Ski in the winter, bike in the summer. There is so much to do.
