This 3-bedroom 2-bath, 1800 sq ft, single level condo is located in a gated, golf community with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains and the beautiful golf course which intersects throughout the manicured complex. During the winter, the view of the San Jacinto mountains are snow capped.

The master suite includes a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a large adjoining master bath with dual sinks in a large vanity with a separate shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub, and opens to a patio. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, as well as a slider leading to private patio. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom offers you a generous vanity to spread out and the option to soak in the tub or shower under the light of the skylight above.

Great room, master bedroom and third bedrooms have TVS & DVD players, and cable is available in the great room and master bedroom. The great room area includes a fireplace and a large sunken wet bar with decorative mirrors. Great room, breakfast nook and kitchen all open to a large patio surrounded by fruit trees (grapefruit, Meyer lemons, limes, oranges, etc) all there for your eating pleasure. The patio is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing…outdoor dining table and chairs for reading, relaxing and taking in the view of the mountains, trees and birds. Two pools/spas with lounge chairs and tables are located steps away from the condo.

The kitchen includes appliances and is fully equipped, including a small supply of spices. Depending on your mood you can dine at the breakfast nook table, outdoor patio table or the dining room which easily seats 6 people. There is also a propane BBQ on the patio.

Indoor Laundry Room with an iron and ironing board. A two-car, attached garage can accommodate your parking needs.

The condo is located at Cathedral Canyon Golf Club. Tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers and lakes are set against the backdrop of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. In total, 18 holes and over 6,500 yards of championship golf provide challenging play for golf lovers. Enjoy tennis next to the Cathedral Canyon Golf Club clubhouse - day and night play available on 10 tennis courts. Bingo, happy hours, and entertainment are offered at the clubhouse.

A Home Away From Home

We spent 4½ weeks in this lovely house with cathedral ceilings. It was truly a "home away from home." The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen met our every need; there was nothing there or elsewhere in the house that was lacking. The three bedrooms (each with its own television set) and two full baths were more than adequate, with the master bedroom very comfortable and the master bath meeting our expectations with a double sink, large vanity, stall shower, and tub. (The one minor detail was that the shower valve in the master bathroom was very tight and needed to be adjusted.) The living room was quite large and comfortable with a large-screen television set. The house was equipped with a washer and dryer. The rear patio area was especially pleasant as it was completely covered and shadowed from the desert sun. The location is ideal, since it is no more than a fifteen minute drive to any attraction of interest in the valley. The few minor glitches that we encountered during our arrival and afterwards were resolved promptly to our satisfaction.

Great Palm Springs Vacation Home

This is a very nice condo. Well appointed with everything you would need and very clean. The condo is spacious, two good sized bedrooms and a third very large master suite. New flat screen TVs in every room. Lots of windows witch make it bright and airy.

The complex is quite and very well kept. We loved the pools and all of the citrus trees. Catherdral City is in the middle of the Palm Springs area and is easy to get anywhere. Would definitely rent this again.

The owners responded very quickly to our inquiries and provided lots of information.

Our family had a great time.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This lovely condominium is really like a home and is beautifully decorated. The community is quiet and there were two pools very close to the condo. The master bath is large and both bathrooms had nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with most items a cook would need. There are lots of citrus trees around with fruit for the picking. We entertained several times and enjoyed eating outside on the patio. This unit would easily accommodate two couples while providing each with privacy. It is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and to the College of the Desert Street Fair. There are movie theaters and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the owners. Looking forward to our next vacation here!

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and slept our family of 6 very comfortably. Kids had a great time at the pool. Golf course was in great shape.

The reason I only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the TVs need to be updated. Although, we really did not watch very much TV with all the things to do in the area.

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
