Tucson AZ stay

  • 5 of 5

The house was BEAUTIFUL, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was not only beautiful, but it was a wonderful place to call home away from home. Having all the amenities needed to enjoy a stay away from home. The swimming pool and deck, was breath taking. It was very enjoyable to walk outside and just get in the pool anytime you wanted. The inside had more than enough space,, and it was very clean upon arrival. Overly stocked with any and everything needed to enjoy our stay. A power outage occurred while staying there, and the owner was able to be reached by phone to talk me through getting the cable restarted. The owner was always available when and if needed, and appreciated being contacted when the power went out. If ever in Tucson again, we would love to stay at this location.

Perfect every time!

  • 5 of 5

I have been blessed to rent this house for the last three years during my time in Tucson and I can't say enough good things! This is my retreat during a very hectic time of the year and nothing is better than coming home to this beautiful home. It has all the amenities you could ever need and just enough space for a large family. It's quiet, relaxed, and has great access to shopping centers, restaurants, gyms, etc. You will have a fabulous stay and want to come back year after year!

Wonderful home to have a girlfriend reunion

  • 4 of 5

Four friends from high school who are a long time past high school (like 45 years) wanted a vacation home for a long weekend to eat, drink, swim & generally reconnect. This home was perfect. It has 3 bedrooms plus a den so everyone had their own room. Both bathrooms were very roomy so it was easy to share. The house is exceptionally well equipped. Everything we needed to cook, plus even some basic food stuffs. The decor is very nice and the location of the home was quiet but easy access to the freeway. It is reasonably close to the Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park, and not too far a drive to downtown.

My only complaint about our experience was heating the pool. We had rented the home in September and were quoted a price to heat the pool at that time. We were told that we could let them know anytime up to 2 days before our January rental. When we notified that we wanted the pool heated the price had gone up 25%. I asked about some consideration since we were quoted the lower price and there was no negotiation. That didn't seem fair. Otherwise, the price to rent the home was reasonable & our stay was very nice.

Lovely home away from home

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful property that welcomes you right in. It is tastefully decorated, clean and very, very comfortable. It's more spacious than other homes we've rented and has something for everyone - backyard patio, pool and bbq, game room, and a super comfortable living room for reading or watching movies on the large screen TV. I really loved the location, too. It's away from the city center, but everything is very accessible, including the U of A, 4th Avenue, downtown, Arizona Sonora Desert Museum and Old Tucson, to name a few destinations. We would be happy to rent this house again on another trip to Tucson.

Wonderful Property!!

  • 5 of 5

Our tennis group stayed at this beautiful, clean and well-maintained home during our tournament weekend. It was very comfortable, inviting and close to our tournament site. Although the home was very close to local favorite restaurants, we had dinner at the house each night and grilled on the outside kitchen area. The hot tub/pool was clean and fantastic for our sore muscles at the end of the day. :)

This home was a perfect place for our group to relax and stay and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Seller was very pleasant and helpful! We will recommend this home to our friends and to any group, individual or family wanting to stay in Tucson for a nice getaway. Thank you Tom and Stacey for a fabulous experience!

Excellent Home

First time we stayed in Tucson, wanted to try some new golf courses. Home is easy to get to, good access to the interstate and all courses were within a 20 min drive of the home. The home is neat and clean. Very comfortable.
