Wonderfully decorated, super equipped, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo (1,184 sq. ft. ) located at a short stroll (6 minutes) from the white sandy Bavaro beach, restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities. Large swimming pool and Jacuzzi and small gym on the premises.

A great floor plan consisting of a living room with large dining room and open kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with microwave, toaster and blender, dining area that seats 6. Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom with 2 Full size beds, a separate bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, large roof terrace with lounge area and BBQ, full AC split units, ceiling fans, free WiFi internet access, Cable TV and 24/7 security. Sleeps 6. Large swimming pool with sun deck. Security deposit box in the unit. iPod/iPhone docking station.

Free private parking. Free Beach Access. 25 minute drive from the Punta Cana airport (PUJ). Pick up service available for $35. For an additional US$15 the driver takes you directly to the supermarket as well.

Non-smoking unit. Smoking allowed on balcony and roof top terrace. Sorry, no pets!

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air 100%

• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

App is spacious and clean. The staff of the resort is kind and helpful. The resort is clean and well maintenanced. It is a walk of about 10 minutes to the beach. If that is not a problem one can have great vacation here. The roof deck is also great but sun and heat in August make it useable only at night ?? We had tasty BBQs here.

Wow what a wonderful experience. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Everything about the condo was perfect. Everything you would need is within a 5 min walk. Only small issue with the complex was the gym, a lot of the equipment needs repairs and cleaned. Go Punta Cana real Estate was great to deal with from booking to check out. Great company to deal with and we plan to deal with again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at Corte Sea! It was nice to be with in walking distance of the Beach and Town. I enjoyed being immersed in the culture and authentic foods, for example Glady's Dominican Chicken, Rice and Beans and would Highly recommend this as a vacation spot! Everyone, staff and other vacationers alike were friendly and most helpful all throughout my stay! If your looking for more than just an All Inclusive Resort has to offer, this is the perfect location for An Awesome Vacation!

We stayed in April. the PH is just like it is listed on the site which was great to see. Sometimes places are not as they are listed. It was very beautiful and in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Access to the Ocean is not to far and the pool on the grounds is very nice. There is a maintenance man there taking care of the pool/grounds/condos and is available 24/7. Also, the beds in this PH were amazing, I don't think I have ever slept so good. Go Punta Cana Real Estate was easy to work with and they are all very friendly. They were able to provide answers to any questions, gave excellent directions to find Corte Sea from the airport. They were there to meet us when we arrived and on time for checkout. Also, they were available during the stay for any questions we had. I will for sure go thru them again when planning my next trip.
