Modern, elegant, spacious and bright 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment located in Bavaro, Punta Cana, single second floor unit including floor to ceiling windows leading to a terrace overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi, located in the heart of all amenities: including the white sandy beaches of Bavaro, minutes to the famous Cocotal golf and country club, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, hospital, pharmacies and shopping malls.

Great floor plan consisting of an open concept living and dining room, completely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, master suite with king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and security deposit box, guest bedroom with double and twin beds and separate bathroom, laundry room with full size stackable washer/dryer, full AC split units, ceiling fans, free WIFI internet access, cable TV, LCD TV to make your holidays even more enjoyable.

There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area for additional comfort.

THIS UNIT PROVIDES A WATER COOLING UNIT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WHICH MANY OTHER RENTAL UNITS DO NOT.

For additional entertainment and peace of mind, the Condominium provides an environment with 24/7 security and concierge, a beautiful multi-level swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, sun and shade deck complete with BBQ/Grill, a complete gym overseeing the pool and free private parking.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air 100%

• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

This was a lovely condo to stay in and the location was excellent for walking, restaurants and access to the beach within a 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and in great shape and the management staff was helpful and resolved any issues within a day. We walked both during the day and at night and found the location safe with access to a couple of grocery stores, pharmacy and taxis. We had a great 2 week holiday.

We were very please with the condo overall. It was very clean, spacious and had a nice balcony over looking the pool. 5 min walk to beach and great restaurants. It also had a water cooler with bottled water from downstairs which was a life saver at min charge. Pool was great! Kids loved it! Great vacation!

We had a great stay in Punta Cana. The condo was very nice, clean and well located. The pool was big enough for all the units. We had a 10 min. walk to the beach. I recommand the unit E201 to everyone. With one exception, it gets very noisy at night with all the wild dogs barking, we didn't used the AC, we had windows open 24/24.

Very Nice place..spacious, very clean and exactly as described on the photos.Great condominium area and the Anny Rodriguez was fantastic. Remember the electricity has to be paid up front(cash) and if you don't consume it they will give back on the check out.

condo was exactly as pictured. however there were some problems. First we got an electric shock from the fridge, sink and stove, secondly the tv did not work on the 5th day, the water was never hot and then one day it leaked all over the kitchen floor and we had no hot water for 24 hours. also the beds were very hard and lumpy. All issues were resolved as soon as possible by Carla and Annie. Loved sitting in the balcony looking at the pool. 3 blocks to stores & restaurants, 5 blocks to pool. Would recommend this property as **. enjoyed our stay.

We do have a full time staff available to address any and all issues in a timely fashion. We did fix the electrical problem with the refrigerator and we just installed a new water heater.
