We are a Washington DC couple who built this home to accommodate our three children and their families which include 5 grandchildren. We love getting together at holiday time to experience the wonderland this house and the community provide.
We love the peace and quite and the natural environment of Cordillera and take advantage of its proximity to the great skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. Our favorite ski place for the little ones is at Bachelor Gulch because it is so very easy with valet parking, free access to the magic carpet, and the hot chocolate.

We choose this particular parcel of land to build our home because of its spectacular views, privacy, and proximity to the Cordillera Lodge & Spa where we have a membership that allows us access to its fantastic amenities. All this is yours when you rent this property.
When our entire family is in residence in the Winter, they use the facilities at the Lodge & Spa on a daily basis. It is integral to their enjoyment. We, therefore, are including the full use of our membership in our rental fee. Without this, there is a daily fee per individual and would limit your access to this wonderful facility.
This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for three families. It was close to Cordillera Spa and the natural setting is stunning. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating.
