You’ll feel like a VIP in this elegant condominium at San Remo. Viewing the enchanting Gulf of Mexico from a private and spacious balcony, and surrounded by lavish European décor, one gets the sense of a luxurious vacation abroad.

Tile floors, granite countertops and a whirl pool bath show attention to detail amongst many other upgrades. This fashionably designed unit has all the conveniences one may need for a comfortable stay such as a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen including an ice maker and dishwasher. And nothing compares to its location overlooking the pool and spa, a spectacular fountain and of course the glistening emerald waters.

During Spring and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 3-night minimum stay.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

My husband and I enjoyed it greatly. It was comfortable, convenient, and had all that we needed. Our view was wonderful. We were able to get places very easily, whether we going to Destin or Panama City. We would go back again, and we have already recommended it to friends.

Great Condo not so good wifi and TV

We absolutely loved the condo. The place was clean and beautiful and exactly what we wanted in a place to sleep. However, you can't spend your whole day at the beach with an infant so the TV and wifi needed to be quite a bit better. The wifi would go out often and since the TV was a Roku TV you could not watch netflix or hulu or amazon with our a buffering problem. If that was fixed it would be the perfect condo for 6 people to stay!

Fantastic family friendly property.

This property was fantastic. The short walk to the beach was perfect as was the beautifuly well maintained pool. It is very clean and family friendly. The unit's dryer needs some attention and a full length mirror would be a nice addition. Overall, the unit and property was more than expected.

Overall nice

We have stayed at San Remo before and love the location and pool area. We were sad to see that a huge house is being built between the building and the Gulf. It blocks a good portion of the Gulf views, for a number of units.

As far as the unit itself. Overall, the unit was clean, except for the carpet in the Master bedroom. It was filthy. It looks like it needs a professional cleaning. The king size mattress really needs to be replaced. We found it uncomfortable. You can see the imprint of body shapes on the mattress. Toilet ran non stop after flushing, from the moment we got there. You would think that housekeeping would have reported it. My husband took it apart and fixed it. Also, the kitchen could use more silverware.

We enjoyed our week at the beach but will look at different units next time.
