San Remo Condominium 102 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Although this elegant South Walton vacation rental is embellished with sea-life art and quirky crustacean paintings, you’ll never feel crabby during a getaway at San Remo 102!

The décor features a delightful blend of fine linens, designer furnishings carefully arranged splashes of nautically inspired accoutrements. Equally attractive, the kitchen boasts black granite counters contrasted by clean white cabinetry and everything needed to make cooking as breezy as this Gulf-front locale.

Upgrades include a master suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub in the luxury bathroom as well as a patio decked with high-end furnishings that overlooks the lake, the beach and the sprawling pool and spa deck.

Other extras comprise tile floors, flat screen TVs in each room, a washer and dryer along with a location to be coveted. Not only is San Remo set on the never-to-be-outdone Gulf of Mexico, it also has a grilling area, a green lawn perfect for throwing a Frisbee and is near to Gulf Place town center and several golf courses. A charming bike path crosses right in front of the San Remo gates; it’s a naturally beautiful setting for walking or cycling to see the many dune lakes and beach towns of scenic 30A.

This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

During Spring and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 3-night minimum stay.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our long weekend October stay at San Remo 102!! Everything was clean and just perfect as we arrived. The bike rental was a great way to get around. The water view was Breath-taking!! We all enjoyed walking right out onto the ground level patio with table/chairs. There is construction of a new home, but luckily a partial view is still available. Now as open as before, which seemed strange…but still had a good time. Thank You for a very nice condo!! We also enjoyed Gulf Place shops & restaurants! ~ The Bach Family

Dirty carpets and strong chemical odor in master bathroom
