Vibrant yellows and purples deck Martinique’s walls. And original island artwork adds to an air of a breezy tropical island. A fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a dining room great for entertaining.
Every bedroom has a different tropical theme from parrots to mermaids along with the unique feature of a vanity and sink. The master bedroom has an oversized bathroom with a large garden tub and a window overlooking the ocean.
In the living room you’ll find overstuffed chairs and plenty of seating that surrounds the fireplace. On the rare occasion that it gets really cold, you’ll still feel cozy and warm. And there is even a garage so that your vehicles will be happy, too.
The house has two balconies complete with deck furniture and the always pleasing Gulf of Mexico as a front yard. You’ll be able to enjoy the oranges and pinks of the sunset from your own piece of paradise. And to experience the cool sand and refreshing water personally, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there! You really can’t get any closer. Or if a calm and quiet pool is what you need, there’s a semi-private community pool just 2 houses down.
Not only is the beach close, plenty of local and well-known restaurants are right down the road. Several are actually within walking distance. Manicured golf-courses, open-air malls, supermarkets and drugstores are all less than five minutes away. Everything you need for a fun and tropical vacation is right here.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Destin! We were however a little disappointed with the condition of this rental. It has issues that I feel require general maintenance that has either been overlooked or ignored. When we contacted the realtors, which we had to do on three occasions their response time was not always prompt and as one was the air-conditioner, the others were ice maker and electrical that made it very uncomfortable for several hours. The house easily accommodated all 16 of us.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that in spite of some issues you had during your stay you had a wonderful vacation. We appreciate you calling us to report the maintenance issues. As soon as we hear of maintenance issues, we immediately get the ball rolling to get it fixed. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of third party companies and their schedule. We do our best to get repairs completed in a timely manner. We apologize for the temporary discomfort and are glad we were able to get our vendors out to make repairs. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to welcoming you back to the beach for future vacations.
There were a few things "dirty" upon arrival and I emailed. A upholstery cleaner person was there the next day. Very good customer service.

The Martinique was a wonderful house to stay in for our vacation. There were 19 of us and fit fine. Beautiful view from balcony and directly across from the beach.
