From the spacious floor plan to the full laundry room, all the necessities of home minus the stress are available to make your stay so comfortable you won’t ever want to leave this Destin Vacation Rental! Moreover, each room has been perfectly put together with a charming décor all of its own.
A tropical theme decks the master bedroom and huge master bathroom while a delightful country sunflower theme makes the first bedroom so cheery.
From the fourth floor the views from each of the three balconies are stunning. They look out over the green center lawn and sunny pool deck onto the rolling emerald waves of the Gulf.
You’ll also be able to see Pompano Joe’s, a colorful and delicious local beach restaurant that features live music, volleyball and a beach bar. After a great game of tennis, a refreshing work out in the fitness center or a lap in the pool venture out to see why Destin can truly be called the darling of the south.
During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

May 2018 Stay
It was amazing, we couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay. Beautiful condo, the view from the balcony was great! Each day two chairs and an umbrella were waiting for us on the beach and the pool was very nice! Would definitely stay here again! ❤️
Inside was perfectly fine, but there was a major painting project going on during our stay
No issues at all with the interior of our condo. It was fine; Only comment would be that the dishwasher is not the greatest. Our big complaint has to do with painting project going on outside. It was unsightly, loud, and disruptive to enjoying the pool to the fullest. Efforts to reach the management company were circular and while we finally were told that there would be some compensation for this inconvenience, it is still not clear to me what the amount is. I tried a couple times - email and calling to ascertain this but am still awaiting this. I think that it was difficult to get attention to these matters - being referred to the HOA and what not is not helpful when we rented through you. Not knowing that this was happening was the error here and given numerous guest portals and offers to sign up for push notifications about our stay, let alone that I could be contacted via cell or email. There was also pet messes in our area of the facility in common walkways that lingered for multiple days before being addressed - again the being referred to the HOA route & then being told it was cleaned up when it was not. Anyway, I understand that there were factors and relationships (You & the HOA) that can affect responsiveness a bit. And to the fact of the HOA- they are a bit aggressive in preaching rules and regs to renters. While I get this to some degree, it is not cool in the grand scheme of things either. Be aware of this if you rent at this facility. All this said, a great location and we overall had a good time. It would have been perfect given some clearer communication on the painting project and proactive compensation offer.
March 2018 Stay
This was a perfect condo for a family. Easy access to the beach, great pool and everything in the complex is very well maintained. We stayed during Spring Break and the Mediterranea was great for our younger kiddos as it never felt Spring “Breaky” :)
Unit 414E was really nice, well maintained and has a wonderful view for morning and evening views of the Gulf. Property management firm was excellent at communicating every detail and the mobile app was super helpful. We’ll be back!
Well decorated and perfectly located!
This was a great condo and property for a family. We stayed over Spring Break and both the property and beach was always perfect for families due to the private gates and access. Great views of the Gulf off all 3 private balconies. Garage parking, elevators and even available carts made getting in and out super easy! Walking distance to several restaurants as well.
Condo was super comfy and plenty of space for everyone while on vacation - beats cramming into a hotel room! We would absolutely come back to this property and this unit. Thanks!
