After an exciting day of shopping at the outlet malls, golfing on a nearby course, or playing in the sun and surf you’ll sleep like you’ve never slept before. The comfortable, tropical chic bedrooms combined with the sounds of the Gulf will be the best bedtime story you’ve ever heard. Luxury and convenience blend together seamlessly in this Destin condo. Boasting elevators, private balconies, and gated entrance plus an excellent location across from the beach these units are simply stylish.

This unit also comes with garage access.

During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.

We enjoyed our week very much. It was plenty of room for all of us. Extra towels were a welcome sight. I was somewhat disappointed that the floors were dirty. Carpet and tile needed cleaning very much. My bear feet got dirty whenever I walked in the house. I should have mentioned this earlier in the week, however, when I did mention it, you were very helpful in sending some ladies to clean the floors while we were out. I appreciated this very much. Also you were very understanding about the problem with the garage doors not being able to be opened and gave me compensation because of this inconvenience. Our family loves Destin and have always enjoyed staying in your properties. We look forward to coming again as a family.

Nice Place and good location

We've stayed in several ND properties and this was our first time at Pavilion Palms. We really liked having the garage to park our vehicle in so it wasn't hot when we went out for lunch or dinner. Also, plenty of room for our beach stuff. Rooms were comfy and bathrooms good size. No negatives on the property. The walk to the beach isn't bad but it is right across from a public access area so it's very busy. Would consider staying here again if unable to find a true beachfront house rental.

Loved this condo! It's clean and beautifully decorated!

Pavillion Palms 104C is wonderful! There were 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room! It was very peaceful and relaxing. My only complaint is that one of the door blinds in the MB is broken and won't close all the way. Also the toilet off the 3rd bedroom is hard to flush. Overall it's a great place to stay though!

Parking Bummer

This unit is accurately portrayed and described. It was very clean and is literally right on the beach. The only negative is the parking, thus 4, not 5 stars. The very narrow, 2 car garage is detached from the unit (downstairs and around the corner) and does not include a remote. The double garage is NOT side by side. One car has to park directly behind the other. I would have preferred 2 parking spaces instead for ease of getting in and out quickly.

Labor day weekend

We had such a wonderful time at the condo. Upon arriving, we were surprised by a 2 car parking garage. Not only our cars were covered, but the owner provided a dolly to bring our stuffs upstairs. It was a plus!!!

Upon entering the unit, it looks just like the photos. The owner weren't stingy with extra towels and bedding sheets. The condo has a big patio and the lay out was great. One can be in the kitchen, but once you opened the patio door, the view was amazing. This unit even has an ice maker! And the bunk room actually has 3 full sized mattresses. Two things probably need minor improvements. The sofa bed mattress was not comfy for adults, but I think its passable for kids. And the second master bathroom toilet knob is really hard to flush. We didnt know the condo did not have a grill. But we improvised on cooking our dinner. Got some fresh seafood at Sexton's market. The unit was also generous on pots and pans. Plates and utensils. We are a family of 10. And we had a really enjoyable stay. This is one uni

June 2016 Stay

We had a great time in Pavilion Palms Unit 104C. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill. The HOA does not allow them at the rental units and we knew that before booking. We still had a great time and would rent this unit again!! We had one issue with a shower and the maintenance guy showed up quickly and fixed the problem. The unit was exactly as described in the website with accurate photos.
