great condo!

This was a great condo. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and see the city. Sandeep was helpful with everything and allowed us an early check in (with a small fee) and a late check out. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this condo when staying in Austin.

Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We had a great time in this condo. It is in a fantastic location, which means that it comes with street noise and some late-night noise. The complex has a strict noise policy which made this far better than it would be otherwise, though, and we were grateful for that. The condo has a great kitchen, comfortable furniture and plenty of space for 2-4. Parking/access was easy. Overall this is a great place to stay to be close to everything Austin has to offer!

Great Apt. in Great Location!

The apartment looked like the pictures and was in the heart of many areas you would go to Austin for (6th St. & Rainey St. - both short walks). Sandeep was very responsive and very helpful with good tips as to places to see and eat. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable with great location

Everything was smooth and efficient - starting with communication during the booking process, check in, our stay, and check out. The location was fantastic for walking or taking rental bikes just about anywhere. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Austin.

Excellent location & space with everything needed

Excellent space. One bedroom apartment with a comfortable bed aND a fold out couch. The fold out couch was excellent to have for lazy days while watching the TV in the living room. Apartment came equipped with everything we needed including aluminum foil to paper towels and dishwashing liquid. The host was very helpful: when we informed him of the slow Internet connection he immediately showed up with a direct line and solved the problem within a few hours. Bathroom was large and clean. The pool access was also a great asset. When we return to Austin we will definatley be returning to these apartments.
