great condo!

This was a great condo. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and see the city. Sandeep was helpful with everything and allowed us an early check in (with a small fee) and a late check out. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this condo when staying in Austin.

Responsive and Great Location

Sandeep was very helpful. The location is awesome. All Ubers were about $6 away from everything or you can walk. The condo was simple to get into. Some of the pictures need to be updated because the furniture is different. We had a minor hiccup with the couch bed. Sandeep's property manager called me right away and ordered me an air mattress. It was delivered in 2 hours! We had everything we needed. Sandeep also assured me that he ordered a new couch bed for the future. Enjoy your stay like we did!

Location couldn't be better!

This place has everything you need. It was clean, quiet (and right next to the pool which was useless in December, lol!). Charming condo complex. Walk to everything. Slight problem with the door lock but question was answered by management within minutes, literally! The futon was horrid (they always are) but with the air mattress was more than adequate. The airport bus stop is 3 blocks away so don't waste money on a cab. SOCO was a 15 minute walk but worth it. 6th St restaurants are two blocks away. Don't miss a burger at the Jackalope (really is the best ever). And if you are town on a Sunday-lots of places have Mimosa breakfasts.

Great unit, choice location, excellent value.

This unit is in an excellent location downtown, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. You don't have to worry about anyone wandering in from off the street as the complex is secured by locking gates that require a passcode to enter. The unit is much more spacious than a hotel room and has a full kitchen, flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and at a more affordable price. 6th street is close by and if you are into jazz I highly reccomend the Elephant Room (roll tide!) right around the corner. By the way, bring your swim suit, the cozy complex pool is right outside the door.

Easy walk to everything

This apartment was in a great location and allowed us to easily walk to 6th street, Rainey Street and South Congress! The apartment itself was lacking any charm and you could tell little effort was put into furnishing it.

The toilet seat was a different size than the toilet and the bed was thrown together with mixed matched sheets and two pillows that are meant to be used as throw pillows not sleeping pillows. Along with sticky doors, having issues locking the main door and a smelly towel this apartment didn’t deliver like we hoped.

Overall, we had a great time in Austin and luckily cared more about location over nice amenities. Just wish some effort was put into this place for the price you are paying.
