I used to live in this complex and realized it made the perfect location for vacation rentals.

The location is unbelievable!

This place was right in the middle of downtown. It's a true hidden gem. Once I got through the building's gates, I was surprised at how peaceful it was... An oasis in a concrete dessert. The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took my group & I out for lunch at a great South Asian.



40x more comfortable that any of the hotels in the Area. There's No Comparison.



As far as the actual unit, it was large, cozy, with great little touches. Took away on the 3rd floor w a balcony. The pictures are accurate. The spiral staircase leading up to the loft space on top is a cool addition too.



It was clean & well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker & a toaster.



We really loved the full length mirrors & simple yet sophisticated art.



My wife is a clean freak!

The place was more than clean,

in my opinion...



Like I said, there's no comparison.

Had a trying situation and pulled through

Place was well kept, had ample linens and towels for all guests, standard information for entrance and use well communicated, clearly the owner had some experience renting his property. The only issues we found was that there's was a small dinner table for a place with five beds. Importantly, we had the water heater break down, but within​ a few hours, the owner had it fixed. Overall, good experience.

Great location in the middle of everything. We had some hot water issues during our stay, but the owner was responsive and had it fixed right away.

The towels have seen better days and should be replaced.
