I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Las Vegas. I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

The location is unbelievable!

This place was right in the middle of downtown. It's a true hidden gem. Once I got through the building's gates, I was surprised at how peaceful it was... An oasis in a concrete dessert. The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took my group & I out for lunch at a great South Asian.



40x more comfortable that any of the hotels in the Area. There's No Comparison.



As far as the actual unit, it was large, cozy, with great little touches. Took away on the 3rd floor w a balcony. The pictures are accurate. The spiral staircase leading up to the loft space on top is a cool addition too.



It was clean & well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker & a toaster.



We really loved the full length mirrors & simple yet sophisticated art.



My wife is a clean freak!

The place was more than clean,

in my opinion...



Like I said, there's no comparison.

A place to sleep with a good location

Location was great. Good walking distance to downtown festivities. Apartment itself lacked any polish. Beds weren't particularly comfortable. Towles looked like they were bought individually from a thrift store in that none of them matched and they were all as old as I was. Upstairs shower overflowed. Only had one parking spot which seemed largely inadequate for a place that can accommodate up to 8. All that being said, it was a good value for the location and an adequate place to sleep.

Quality Location

Stayed for the weekend while visiting Austin. The location is very good, a few blocks from 6th street. The apartment is somewhat old, but for the purpose of my weekend plans it was more than sufficient. Spent most all of my time out in the city.

stayed there with friends.

Shower is poorly designed. Walls are a little thin. With 5 full size beds and 3 toilets there was plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Location is great. It is within walking distance of 6th street.

Unbeatable location, comfortable amenedies

As long as you don't need anything fancy or luxurious, this rental is an unbeatable deal.

The location is pretty amazing: Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and just about anything else you could need.
