This place was right in the middle of downtown. It's a true hidden gem. Once I got through the building's gates, I was surprised at how peaceful it was... An oasis in a concrete dessert. The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took my group & I out for lunch at a great South Asian.



40x more comfortable that any of the hotels in the Area. There's No Comparison.



As far as the actual unit, it was large, cozy, with great little touches. Took away on the 3rd floor w a balcony. The pictures are accurate. The spiral staircase leading up to the loft space on top is a cool addition too.



It was clean & well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker & a toaster.



We really loved the full length mirrors & simple yet sophisticated art.



My wife is a clean freak!

The place was more than clean,

in my opinion...



Like I said, there's no comparison.

Great location. Very pleased.

Great location. Could easily walk to 6th Street and across the bridge to SoCo. The apartment was roomy enough to accommodate 8 adults.

We couldn't turn on the fan so it got a bit stuffy the first night. I emailed the property manager the next morning and Sandeep, the owner, immediately called me and had someone come out to fix it within an hour. Very impressive.

I will definitely book this unit the next time I am in Austin!

Home Away from Home

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone! We filled every bedroom and there were no complaints from anyone that stayed with us! The entire space was clean as could be and the beds were well made and comfortable! We even left a couple of things and the owner/manager even offered to mail them back to us! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and will be staying here next time I visit Austin it's wayyy more affordable then any hotel, and just as comfortable!

At Least the Place Wasn't on Fire

In a vacuum, my experience in the apartment was not awful. However, when you factor in the amount we paid for a weekend, the situation becomes mind blowingly frustrating. Seriously, just stay in a hotel- the price (at least ours) was on par with a hotel, except here there was a complete lack of comfort or hospitality.

Price aside, If location is the absolute most important thing, this place is probably all right. It's a lot more rough around the edges than the photos suggest, and the beds are just barely on the right side of nasty. However the worst parts of the experience were the air conditioning and the checkout time. The air conditioning is locked into a temp that could be incredibly bothersome in the summer. For some reason you just can't make it that cold. The checkout time is 10am which was pretty annoying. But hey, the door locks and the walls work, so if you've got an excess of money burning a hole in your pocket and you absolutely have to be a block from the dirty 6, then this is your spot

Pictures don't tell the truth

Looking at the pictures, I was excited to stay at this rental, as it looked very nice, updated and spacious. When arriving we had a hard time locating the unit as it was tucked back in a corner, and the numbering for these units doesn't make any sense what so ever. When entering the condo we were disappointed by the size of the condo, and also the sleeping arraignments, as it looks in the pictures there are more beds than there really are. We weren't allowed to adjust the air which made for some hot days/nights, especially with 6 grown men sharing one little condo. Granted we weren't spending a lot of time in the unit, but it didn't have the seating, or appeal, to want to hang out in the unit before we actually made our way out for the day. The location was the best thing about this condo, as it was close to everything we wanted to see downtown. Worst was the 10 am checkout time! Who ever heard of checking out at 10 am! After being out for a bachelor party and not getting in until 4 am, this was a very big concern of ours, and the biggest issue is that check in for the next visitor isn't until 5 pm, why they need 7 hours to clean this little condo is insane, especially since you have to take out your own garbage, plus a laundry list of other things you need to do before you actually leave. Biggest recommendation if you are looking to stay in this area is find somewhere else to stay, do not stay here.

Dingy but got the job done

Pictures are a bit deceiving, this place is more of a college-ish crash pad. Enough beds and space for our group of 6, but this is about as bare-bones as you can get. I guess the positives were that there was hot water, beds to sleep in, and it was easy to get in & out with the solid location... next time would just stay in an average hotel given the price and the dilapidated vibe of the place.

Was as described. Clean. Great location.

Clean and well maintained. Layout was fine. Found staircase to be a bit awkward. Kitchen and bathrooms acceptable. Bedrooms were fine and as described. Would recommend. Great walking distance to cool stuff.
