Beautiful Home!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this home with a larger group while in town for a wedding. It is a beautiful, well-maintained home that was perfect for our group. The house is conveniently located close to downtown Woodland Park, but still feels secluded/private on the detached lot. The house amenities (BBQ, TV, bathrooms) were wonderful, as were the view of Pike's Peak. Well-stocked with everything a guest might need, and diligent correspondence with the owners while booking. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

This home was a wonderful place to stay. It was as advertised. Location was close to attractions and yet far enough out where you felt away from it all. I would stay here again. The views of Pike's Peak while walking through the adjacent neighborhood was stunning.

Perfect home for a wonderful stay!!

  • 5 of 5

My parents, bother, and my family (husband and 2 kids ages 1 & 4) stayed at this house and we had a fantastic time!! There was plenty of room-we each had our own bedroom-and my kids loved the bunk bed/bear room!! We all loved the HUGE two headed shower and my kids had a blast playing in the LARGE master bedroom tub!! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The weather in the evening was so much cooler than where we are from so we enjoyed the deck and having the windows open at night. The house is in a great location for all area attractions-1 hour or less drive which is a big plus when traveling with little kids! We had a great time and hope to visit again soon!!

Loved it.

We came to Woodland Park for a 50th wedding anniversary, a set of twins turning 4 and a celebration for a 35 year old birthday. The first night there we saw two female deers stand on their hind legs and have a tussle. The kids squealed with delight. The only negative we could say is the fenced yard was not mowed so the kids could not play ball as they had planned during down time. You were forced to play in the street or stay in the house. We understand the natural look but would have like to know before we rented. Also, the cemetery in the behind the house was quite a surprise! We did geocache in that cemetery and the kids learned that it housed someone who died in 1895! Would rent again for sure.

Excellent home & location!

  • 5 of 5

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation! The 4 bedrooms worked great for our group of 11 (8 adults & 3 kids under 4 yrs). We were surprised how stocked the kitchen was-everything from silverware, cooking utensils, numerous pots/pans, mixer, toaster oven, even plastic plates & cups for the kids! And the location was perfect for all our outings to Pikes Peak, Santa's Workshop, fly fishing, and hiking (national forest is just up the street full of trails). We'd definitely stay here again!!

Great location, first class home

  • 5 of 5

Large home is beautifully decorated. Lots of room. Just like the pictures. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly want for entertaining. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The shower in the master bath was one of my favorite features. Loved the view of Pikes Peak. We were close to Colorado Springs attractions. We liked that stores and restaurants were close. We recommend Fiesta Mexicana family restaurant for dinner and Grandmother's kitchen for breakfast. The view from the patio at Swiss Chalet was gorgeous. The owners provided everything we needed and more for our stay.

This home has just been redone from top to bottom. The house has three levels and does have steps all over so guests would need to be able to handle steps between each level of the house.
